Evergreen Hospital in Kirkland referred us to Jennifer Schaub, a Fedelta consultant, to assist us in finding an assisted living facility for our father. Ill just state that the circumstances were challenging and limiting, but the outcome was the best we could have hoped for. I honestly dont know how we could have navigated this process without Jennifer. She is amazing! I highly recommend her. She went above and beyond checking all of the options we could possibly think of. In the end we went with her first recommendation, because she is great at her job and had lined us up with the best scenario from the start. Nonetheless, she was our advocate through this process, making sure the outcome was what we wanted, where we wanted it, and within a budget we could afford. She is understanding, caring, and compassionate. I am reassured that there are people in this world who can and do help in our times of greatest need. To Jennifer I cant say more than "Thank you."

We engaged Fedelta Home Care to provide a care giver once a week for my mother. They were very easy to work with, made it easy to understand the process and the options, and provided multiple ways to communicate within the organization. We had them for almost a full year, and our care giver ALWAYS came at the date and time agreed (and it was the same nice lady!) She assisted with shopping, taking Mom to the Doctor, getting her hair done -- it was so great to have such a positive experience with something as critical as this. Would highly recommend Fedelta over some of the other agencies we initially evaluated.
