The staff at Quest Healthcare fail at customer service. Over a two week period, there were multiple promised to call me right back, and they failed EVERY time. NOT ONE CALL BACK! The reason for the promised call backs, was to find out why their request for a pre-approval has been delayed. I later learned that a "request for a pre-approval" is not necessary with my insurance, and that Quest should have known that. And lastly, Quest can care less about the lives of a working class patient. They want to demand a specific time for equipment fitment, with ZERO flexibility.

I have tried to get some assistance for three days . I have left messages on voicemail , I have spoken to a receptionist to tell Crystal to PLEASE call and I have not received any response. . Go into the office and everyone is very nice , but phone ....? ... You are out of luck. Customer training is vital. Very disappointed . They have moved from the above address.

Actual star rating is -*. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR YOUR NEEDS... They rarely answer the phone but when they do they give conflicting information which causes problems with jumping through their hoops. They will be very accommodating for your first several visits, but after they hook you they will only keep you chasing your tail.

Clueless, ignorant and disinterested in patients would best describe Quest employees during my interaction with them. They could care less about patient needs regarding medical equipment in my opinion. Will never go back to them. Let Regence know their "preferred provider" is useless.
