I worked for Bana Solomon and the Home Helpers Organization in Santa Rosa for about 8 months before I was unfortunately moved out of state for family issues. I say the move was unfortunate because I really grew accustomed to my life as a caregiver with Home Helpers and the patients I was working with. Bana was able to create a very comfortable environment for the families her company worked with without compromising any of the professional aspects of the job as well. She was always welcome and willing to listen to any concerns her employees or patients had, and was always able to afford time off to her employees when it was necessary. If I still lived in the area of Santa Rosa, there is no doubt that I would still be working for Bana and the Home Helpers organization because I really miss the whole system and its interworkings.

My cousin called me to tell me that my uncle had a stroke and he needed my help him to find someone who could help him with his day to day needs. I did some research into a few different in home care agencies and most didnt answer their phone or call back. When I called Home Helpers I reached the owner Bana on the first try. I let her know my uncles situation and she was there to help us with discharging him from the hospital, setting up the schedule for his new medications and made sure his home was situated properly based on his new condition. The caregiver Marie is great and we really feel that she cares from the heart. They really made this tough situation easier.

Home Helpers makes sure you get quality care. One day my care giver was sick and could not care for me. Since everyone else was busy and the owner didnt want me to go without care Bana came and took care of me her self. I call that more than caring. Very seldom do you find where the boss fills in for the employee. Also I like the fact there isnt a deposit before you hire your care person, that really bothers me to have to pay that... I think Home Helpers are the best.

Highly recommended! I used this service for my grandmother while I was out of town for several weeks on business. Bana and her staff were very attentive, punctual, and were very easy to communicate with. My grandmother was very pleased with the service as well. We definitely continue using Home Helpers.

Bana and her staff are the best! We moved from Illinois, and her staff did not miss a beat. They started working with us an hour after our arrival, and we have not looked back! Also, they are extremely caring, professional, prompt and very helpful! We could not survive with them! kudos to Bana!
