I have had a plethora of very unprofessional caregivers from this company. From people who are rude and argumentative to people who shirk their responsibilities and dont follow directions. I had one caregiver for over a year who said extremely insensitive things, got combative if I tried to talk to her about mistakes, and was more interested in chatting with people in her chat groups than doing her job. My complaints have gotten me labelled as "difficult" and told I wont have a caregiver if I dont keep the current one, who makes me uncomfortable, is inefficient, and doesnt follow instructions. (She seems to be too old to do her job. I sympathize with her, but really believe she needs to retire. She keeps getting confused, takes a lot of breaks, and spends a great deal of time in the bathroom.) 3 weeks ago I had a prescription come up missing after a caregiver had been here. At first I assumed she put them somewhere, but forgot to tell me. After searching everywhere I called the company and asked my case manager to ask her. After not hearing back (and running out of my medication) I asked her again. She said they tried calling her, but she never returned the call. She had previously decided to leave the company, but was supposed to have another week or two left. I dont know if she worked after that, but she called in sick the next time she was scheduled with me. Seems a tad suspicious to me. I probably should report it to the police.

HORRIBLE. Clients I visited were constantly complaining. I was an employee here who left out of fear of damaging my record. This company will cut any corners they need to to save a couple of dollars. They do not follow board procedures and endanger clients and employees here on a daily basis. They have no regard for scheduling and are horrible at communicating with clients. I had been asked several times to go against care plans and perform duties alone that are ILLEGAL. Please do not turn here if you have any other options, lawsuits are abundant and they are a shady company run from a small rented office building. They take advantage of people in need who arent able to comprehend what is going on...take care of your loved ones by finding somewhere SAFE...not this bootleg company.

DONT APPLY He is speaking the truth I’ve been unemployed for a year and I remember earlier in November trying to generate funds for the holidays. And they where avoiding me every time I called and when I had my interview and then when i showed up at the scheduled time the HR personnel told me that she was going to lunch and could i come back in 3 hours wow. An if the personnel reading this sucks it and i hope yawl lose all you licensure.

I would not trust this company with my elderly loved one. Their training is horrid. They read from a booklet and have no hands on training. They promise to cover shifts but have more clients then caregivers. They have just lost their main HR and two schedulers due to poor office management. I highly suggest to try another agency. I have personally worked for a fewand this would be my last suggestion.
