They have a limited number of facilities which they are contracted hence able to send nurses. Good as a secondary source of income but may not be consistent enough to be a primary source of income. Having limited number of facilities also means that you may have to travel greater distances when sent to a facility. One facility they wanted to send me to was 94 miles away. They do not screen their facilities at all for legal or regulatory compliance with their patient care activities. Consequently, I have been sent to places that were using questionable medical practices, inadequate equiptment, outdated materials etc, etc. Communication between three regional office staff is poor. After business hours nursing availabilities and scheduled bookings ect are shuffled around throughout the night to different people and offices. It is not uncommon to call in and find that you were not put on their list as being available after speaking to the office earlier that day, or that they did not know you were already scheduled to work somewhere etc., etc. and all the sequele which comes with this sort of miscommunication. However, they were very helpful at arranging a class to obtain MAB certs. This cert sort of fell by the wayside for several years and recently had a resurgence of enforcement by hospitals due to a bill passed that would levy heavy fines on hospitals found not to be in compliance. Suddenly the MAB cert classes were inundated or "impacted" shall we say with enrollees. WWs facilitated arranging a special class to expidite obtaining this cert update. This was helpful.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They do not support their workers. They do not value their employees. They do not follow up on important issues. There are too many companies out there that are good. I would steer very clear from this one.
