Im a 77 year old woman, had two separate implants done with a regular dentist, for each tooth, it took about 6 months before I could get one implant completed. Well, when I lost three upper teeth, one on the left and 2 on the right separated by two teeth in the middle and had to get a partial as a replacement. The trouble of taking teeth in and out in order to eat was getting to be a problem with me. I decided to call ClearChoice in Daly City. Arrival at the Daly City Office, I was warmly greeted by Associate Manager Bonnie Sanchez, I filled out necessary papers met other staff members, Danny, Leanna and Dr. Chao. I was x-rayed and whatever the needs that was required to get a full top implant. Talked to Leanna in reference to how I was going to make my payments to my liking. I finish all of the required paperwork and was scheduled for surgery one month from the day I registered. On April 16th @ 630AM I arrived at the ClearChoice Building in San Jose. I was greeted warmly upon my arrival and was taken into Recovery Room 1, the room was neatly furnished with two comfortable chairs (in case you have someone with you), television, refrigerator, magazines the room gave you a real homey feeling. 700AM I was taken into surgery, operation was done by a very humble and kind surgeon, Dr. Joseph Sands. 1030AM I returned to Recovery Room 1 for recuperation after surgery, from 1030AM to 230PM, Blood pressure was taken every 1/2 hr. Upon my return from surgery I felt no pain, due to prescription given to me prior to surgery. Had apple sauce and water as a meal after surgery. 230PM I was taken to a room to check on my implant - checking my bite etc. 330PM I was release to go home, with my full upper teeth implant. That is correct - it took ClearChoice exactly 7 1/2 hrs to give me my full set of upper teeth implant. And believe me they are BEAUTIFUL. I had no pain, no bleeding, no soreness as I took the pills that were required. Two days after the operation I did get some swellness, but used ice packs and by the 4th day after operation, everything was back to normal. I can only thank the ClearChoice Staff from Daly City and San Jose on a job well done. I feel very comfortable in making the correct decision on calling ClearChoice, they are everything they say they are, AND WHAT YOU SEE ON TELEVISION IS 100% TRUE. I was in an accident way back in 78 that broke my jaw in 8 pcs. among other serious injuries. I had 10 root canals to try to save some roots to use as an anchor for a partial lower denture. I had 5 of the front upper teeth intact that were still fairly functional. Amazingly, that lasted almost 30 yrs! Wear and tear plus time was wearing down my teeth and especially the lowers concerned me. I worried about loss of bone mass, so I knew I had to do something! I went to ClearChoice for a consultation and 3D X-ray. They showed me what they could do for me. Unfortunately I couldnt afford implants for the uppers and lowers, just the lowers. The plan was for implants for the lowers and upper dentures. The expertise and experience of all the Drs. are amazing. They do the job as efficiently and quickly as possible. The fact that their laboratory is in the same building where you have your initial work done is great. No going from one place to another. I cant tell you how pleased I am with my teeth and smile. The before and after pictures are so different! The thing that is so great with ClearChoice is their follow up care is outstanding. If you have a problem with an area like I had some scaling of my upper dentures, they fix it in a jiffy! No charge,no hassle, just great service, care and concern for the work they do. The implants are the way to go though! I have not had a single problem with my lowers. None at all!! I only hope I can save up to have implants for my uppers! If you need any dental work but especially implants, ClearChoice is the place to go. Great Drs., service, care, efficiency, product and follow up care that is beyond compare!! Totally recommend!!

I would recommend Clear Choice to any body who needs Dental Implants, and I should know. A year ago, I wore dentures that were uncomfortable, and made me feel very self-conscious. I avoided restaurants, and many(most) types of social situations. And, I was ALWAYS aware of my dentures. Upon arriving home, the first thing I would do was take them out and put them in a jar for the rest of the day. When I went to Clear Choice I was skeptical, at best. I had the same reservations that many of you rightfully have (pain,cost,etc.). I dont know your individual situation, but it couldnt have been more extreme than mine--I had to have ALL my teeth pulled out and replaced with implants. But,how they do it is amazing! Yes, there is pain, but theyll write a prescription for that. They dont do anything half-assed, which is important when it comes to your mouth. Youd be amazed at how important your mouth is to your self-image and your life: you eat with it,kiss with it, talk,smile & laugh with it. They have changed my mouth from being my worst feature to being my best. There have been challenges along the way, but WE dealt with them, and I feel much happier and more self-confident. It was, by far, the best possible use of my money. Id like to thank, in particular, Dr. George Yellich, Dr. Joseph Sands, and Dr. Maggie Chao for their professionalism and competence-- you changed my life.

I finally fulfilled a long awaited dream. I had been thinking for years on ways to replace my missing teeth and when I saw the Clear Choice commercial I felt this was the answer to my dream, and I am SO excited and satisfied that I made the right Choice. From the time of my first consultation and upon my first visit to their Daly City CA office my mind was made up. The ambiance and the atmosphere felt so gentle and warm. Everyone treats you with such a kind and caring spirit. The receptionist Bonnie is a jewel; I feel as though I have known her for years, shes so polite and very attentive to all and every concern of the clients, she is definitely an asset to the company and makes you feel so comfortable. I cant say enough about Dr. Chao and her assistant Danny they are the absolute greatest dream team ever. I kid you not from the first injection to the completion of my surgery I FELT NO PAIN nor ANY DISCOMFORT. After the procedure I had little to no swelling, no PAIN and I was able to resume my normal activities immediately. My follow up visits have been so pleasant I look forward to going to see the staff they are all so nice and real down home people. If it sounds like Im doing a little too much its all because they do so much to make your experience a very pleasant, satisfying and rewarding one. So when you choose Clear Choice you are definitely making the Right Choice.....
