No on person adores going to the dentist. I have in the past had much dental work in other dental clinics. I have now been a patient at Premier Dentistry for about 8 months. I have had the best dental experience of my life here from the start. The staff is pleasant and make you comfortable while you wait. The hygienist makes the teeth cleaning a painless and educational experience. I had to have root cleaning (plaining) after Dr. Shin did a thorough examination which can be rather painful but was not. All follow up for this procedure was carefully explained and I healed quickly. The dentist Dr. Shin is my all time favorite. He is a warm, caring dentist and highly skilled. Unlike other dentists I have had he does not try to sell you more expensive procedures than are needed to do the job right. I am scheduled again in January for my check up and cleaning. If you are looking for a great place for your dental care this is it.

Hands down the nicest, cleanest, best equipped and staffed facility Ive ever seen and Ive been a dental patient in many states and countries through the (more than I care to admit) years. Ive had routine cleanings, exams, cavity repairs, restorations and even a crown all done in-house. They have state of the art technology and will show you exactly what procedures are recommended and why. They also have great tips on how to keep your teeth in good shape. Prices are competitive, insurance is accepted and processed by them even though I was once out of their network. Easy to find, wi-fi and ample free parking. A social group of professionals, be ready to talk golf, hockey, cars and trucks, food, dogs, family and travel and if youre lucky Dr. Shim may hum a tune (on key!) while he performs his craft. Then the next thing you know, youre done and (almost) looking forward to your next visit.

Ive been a patient of Dr Shims for several years. I have referred several people to him, but on my last visit I had the most humiliating experience ever. I was to have two crowns replaced. Insurance was approved and I was prepared to pay $850 as my portion. A dentist I had never seen before comes in and starts looking on the left side. When I explained that I was told the right side would be first worked, this new dentist (apparently Dr Shims new assistant) left the area and in comes the "office manager??", with bib on and mouth numb, she grabs my coat and purse, hands them to me and says because of the confusion they will not be able to do anything for me that day. A day that I had to take off work. She would not let me talk to Dr Shim and when I said I wont be back, she "smiled" and said thats fine. Totally humiliated, totally confused.

For some that was one time terrified of going to dentist because of my childhood experiences, I have grown to not mind going and now do enjoy my experience from the first greeting until I step out of the office. I broke my front tooth VERY badly from an accident and not only did they take care of me and made sure that in the interim I would not have to be embarrassed about not having a front tooth at work but he made my implant look AMAZING! NO ONE even knows it is an implant unless it comes up somehow and I how them (because my story of how I lost my front tooth is epic). Dr. Shim runs a high quality and high performance team where customer service is priority and your best interest is what his priority is. Thank you!

I hadnt gone to the dentist in quite a while (moving, getting married, having a baby, etc.) and I was referred to Premier Dentistry by a coworker and Im so glad I went! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Aimee, the dental hygienist, was great and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Bradshaw was also very nice. I didnt feel judged or anything. He was very kind and knowledgeable! I love how they give you a sheet with all the work you need done, prices, and what insurance will cover (an estimate), but they let you go at it at your own pace and you dont feel pressure to do everything ASAP!

Like most people my husband dreads going to the dentist! A few months ago I was recommended Dr. Shims office by a friend. I do not regret for a second taking them up as out regular dental office. Dr Shim and staff make the visit smooth and enjoyable as possible. They have state of the art equipment and the office is clean and relaxing. Im always terrified of what my bill will look like, but the prices are totally within reason. Their front desk girls are soo sweet and easy to talk to (Erica especially).

Awesome staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very informative. The hygienist explained everything she was doing and why. She also went over the possible reasons that my teeth and gums looked the way they did and how I could improve my dental care. On top of all that, it had been almost seven years since I had been to the dentist, and despite the poor quality of my teeth they didnt make me feel ashamed.

From the moment you step in the door, everyone at Premier Dentistry is friendly, genuine, and goes above and beyond. They are educational and thorough in their approach to each persons oral health, and dont make you feel uncomfortable or Ill-informed about your treatment or your options. I commute 45 min to see this office - they are that good!
