Worst service ever. Went to the office, filled out paperwork (was 15 minutes early, as requested) and waited 45 minutes past my appointment time, only to receive no treatment and still get the bill. They refused to reduce or disregard the bill because I had come to the appointment. It would have been better and cheaper for me to simply miss the appointment. Furthermore the staff is rude, insensitive and completely disorganized. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY GENTLE DENTAL AGAIN!

Made an appointment for cleaning and took half a day off from work but I was only seen for general x-ray examination and I was told by the way "we close at 1 PM for lunch" and we would not be able to have your cleaning done and we need to re-schedule you some other time! This office has no class or lacking some finesse on how they run their Dental office. That was my first and last time with this Dental office. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.

this place is absolutely horrible, i went in for a cleaning, they gave me an exam and then proceeded to not do the cleaning, they then charged me for the cleaning anyways. after the examination they told me i needed extensive and extremely expensive dental work. i declined , i went to another place that takes my insurance and that dentist told me things werent anywhere close to being that bad. watch out because this place is a huge scam.

They treat me with respect and patience. I am very stressed out and have to take medicine to calm me. They understand and work at my pace to let me calm down between work. They have taken great care and have done wonderful work on me. Thank you Gental Dental for being so patient and kind with a nut job like me!

For the sake of you valet, do not go there!!!! Forget about your insurance, they will manage to calculate so much of the "recommended treatment", that your insurance wont matter.
