As a returning patient (after 6 years) I required a refill on a maintenance medication which was expiring soon. Without this medication I would be restricted from driving and work. Despite this the office insisted I was a new patient and no refill would be available until I had seen the doctor. They refused to talk to the doctor regarding this and refused to get me a temporary refill to tide me over until the doctor could see me, even though this doctor had seen me for years and had continued me on this medication, and my doctor I had just left had me on the medication. They had no concern at all for my situation. They informed me I had no chance at all to get a refill at this time, they doctor could not even spare five minutes to write a prescription, because she was double booked so she could leave for a vacation. No effort to even talk to the doctor, no effort to have me contact who ever was handling things while she was on vacation, no effort to help me find a way to get my medication, and a total lack of concern for the fact I would be subject to having seizures because I would be stopping taking medication. Stay away from these people

With increasing health care difficulties in Vacaville, I was needing a doctor urgently and had been to urgent care a couple of times. I could no longer depend on my insurance to locate a doctor for me, changed insurance companies and called doctor offices one by one asking for at least a call back (Not one called back and didnt find a doctor in Vacaville at all). Dr. Arenass office was the first compassionate office to answer. They told me they would take care of me - and they did. They immediately asked for all my important information to get me in their system as a patient and set up an emergency appointment for me. I received the kind of care that is really unheard of ... a great office that makes you feel like youre getting the old fashioned total care. Im absolutely blessed to have found her - makes all the headache with my previous insurance worth it when you find such a doctor.

Dr. Arenas cared for mother in law. She was kind and caring. She showed so much compassion. We loved her.
