Dr, Yee maybe an excellent Ear Doctor; however, when comes to Customer Service, People Concerns and respect for your time he is a BIG ZERO! Today, my wife was scheduled for a 9:15 AM appointment and was not even called into a patient room until a little before 11:00 AM. Dr. walks in fumbling with a piece of equipment - stated there was something wrong with it - took a quick look in her ear - stated there indeed was an infection - stated he had to get another piece of equipment. She wait for an additional 10-15 minutes - Dr. did not return and she walked out of the office. She contacted our primary care physician, was seem immediately - was given some prescriptions and received a referral to another Ear Doctor! ZERO STARS - CAN I GIVE A MINUS? The Bottom Line: If you dont care about your time, you dont mind sitting is a very dingy Doctor Office with many other patients, Dr. James Yee is your man!!!!
