I guess if he likes you, hell side with you all the way and probably wont let the other party talk. And by the time you can talk, the time is over. I actually came out of this mediation feeling so vulnerable and confused, I couldnt attend another mediation with him. I had to make a decision and pretty much notified what I want to do since I really havent had chance to talk in the mediation. It was the worst experience of my life. This wasnt a mediation.

This mans license should be pulled. I had the misfortune of having to meet with him several years back due to filing my divorce in Placer County. Despite evidence that my ex did not deserve equal parenting time, he ignored everything and gave the typical 2/2/3 schedule. He did not listen, and I felt rushed during the appointment. His office staff was unprofessional as well.

Poor communication with the office staff. Most of all astonished by the doctor reviewing and questioning me on fake documents submitted to him by the other party NOT filed with the court. I filed a formal complaint with the Placer County office of Mediation. He actually broke the law.
