Absolutely the most underhanded, unethical professional you would ever run into. He is nothing more than a paid minion for the court. Never, ever use this person. Please, for the protection of all citizens spread the word about this scoundrel He enacted what is called the governmental abuse of psychiatry in order to conceal that DA Larry Morse was falsely prosecuting me for exposing public official corruption in Merced County, in my paper, The Badger Flats Gazette.

I was blessed to be sent to Dr. Blak for a psychological exam for a law enforcement position. He was a breath of fresh air compared to a prior exam! He was very understanding, not judgemental, patient, and provided explanations/reason to his tests. You will feel welcomed, and not as if youre being analyzed. I see why he is highly recommended for 2nd opinions and appeals. Regardless of what my results will be, I seen the professionalism and compassion immediately!

Dr. Blak was extremely informative and actually pretty funny. I didnt expect to laugh during the examination. I was impressed with his professionalism and easy going attitude.
