Been seeing this doctor for years and everything has generally deteriorated since my first appointment. Recently, I had the first appointment of the morning and waited almost 45 minutes to see the doctor (who was sitting in her office when I went back to use the restroom). Appointments were hard to get, even when something was wrong. Doctor never followed up with results of annual exam tests.

I love Dr. Nelson. She is incredibly knowledgeable and gentle. Her nurse staff is also great. I always felt at ease. As a first time mother, I had a lot of questions. Dr. Nelson was always understanding and talked with me about every possible scenario. If I have another child, she is the ONLY doctor I want to care for me.
