Never been to this place before, and the first experience was great. I was immediately taken in for preliminary tests, briefly filled out paperwork, then saw Dr. Yee shortly after. She was kind, answered all of my questions and was overall very helpful. After getting my prescription updated for my glasses, she gave me another test to compare my old and new prescription confirming its updated correctly, then she along with a couple of other employees helped me pick fitting, fashionable frames and provided their opinions to help me make a decision. I certainly didnt expect that. I also expressed my interest in cosmetic lenses and showed the ones I plan to buy. Dr. Yee informed me that cosmetic lenses are pretty much fixed in measurement, so its either going to fit or not. Still, this didnt stop her from letting me try on a single lens the same size as the cosmetic lenses I was interested in, and also matched my prescription just to give me an idea of what its like to wear them. In my opinion, she went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get the most out of my appointment, and that I definitely got. Im not disappointed in the slightest. I recommend those of you reading my review to visit Coastside Eyecare Optometry. I walked out of their building as a happy patient.

I have been seeing Bette Gould for 15+ years. Bette is a very kind and patient Doctor. She takes time to answer questions. I have had a few emergencies through the years and the office is very accommodating. The staff took care of me right away. The specialist that I was referred to was top notch. I am very happy that Bette Gould is my optometrist.

Took me right in for the preliminary tests then saw Dr. Gould right away. Michael did a great job helping me select the proper frames.
