True test of a business takes place when things go wrong. In my case, my lens got damaged while under their labs care, though Id be hard pressed to prove it was their fault. They replaced the three year old lens with new prescription ones at a very fair price. Then, the new lens turned out to have the wrong focal range, or at least it was different from my previous ones. Being fairly new to the world of prescription glasses, I didnt look forward to taking them back to complain. I figured, once you got your lens that was it. But take them back I did, and to my pleasant surprise they retested my eyes and offered to get me the correct lens at no charge. Throughout this ordeal, they were as pleasant and helpful as can be. Nancy, especially, was professional and friendly from beginning to end.

The staff is super friendly and Ive always loved the frames Ive purchased here (and get many compliments from friends and coworkers). Its super convenient that they have a [friendly] doctor on site to do eye exams. A great experience from start to finish ... and a beautiful space too!
