Dr Guevara is the best Ive been to for eye tests and glasses. Our whole family comes to him for glasses and contacts. Very friendly and professional. He spent a good amount of time with me to create just the right tint for my prescription motorcycling glasses. (Not the ones seen in my avatar!) As for the person who didnt get a smile from the lady up front - Often we see ourselves mirrored in the faces of others. Id work on your own attitude before slamming a well-established and respected South Bay practice.

The receptionist, the older woman, is so unfriendly, and not welcoming. And I sense attitude every time I speak with her. Receptionists are supposed to be nice, outgoing, friendly, and she isnt any of that. Martin is wonderful but the receptionist makes me not want to come back. I have to write under a different name so she wont give me attitude because of this. Mr. Guevara himself deserves the 5 stars but because of her and the experience she gives me it has to be 1 star.

I went to Dr. Kapust and both me, my Husband and friend had a bad experience (incorrect prescriptions, twice), so I needed a new eye doc. I went to lenscrafters for an eye appointment (dont do it) and long story short ended up here just to buy frames. They got me right in that day, let me check out frames, and ordered them handling all insurance, etc. They are really nice I am definitely coming back!
