So I made an appointment earlier in the week, then on the day of took a half day at work so that I could make it on time. Got there and the receptionist says "oh, he hasnt been in today, it was an emergency, he had to go to another optometry place were closing and never made it in." So I look down and yup, theres my name and phone number in their scheduling book. The receptionist had been there all day, obviously doing nothing since the optometrist hadnt been there at all that day, but the idea of calling me or any other patients scheduled to come in that day so that I didnt take a half day at work and show up for nothing was apparently not working for her. To be fair, I never got past reception. Might be the best optometrist ever, but either way theyre on the top rung of the unprofessional ladder. Why give your time and money to people that dont respect your time, especially when optometrists are dime a dozen?

He sold me discontinued glasses that he purchased not from the distributor, but from someone selling close-out and samples glasses at a lower cost. The glasses, per the distributor, could very well have been handled extensively and broke less than a year later. Because he didnt purchase them from the distributor, their warranty was not valid and he refused to replace them himself. HE DIDN"T EVEN TELL ME THEY COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED AND WERE DISCONTINUED! HE KNEW I HAD NO WARRANTY! Its one thing to buy a cheap pair and know, but he didnt communicate that with me and Im stuck with broken glasses having to buy new ones because the invalidated the distributor warranty by buying them cheaper elsewhere.

After my wife went to Eyes on Redondo and had a great experience, I left a message to make an appointment and was called back within a few hours...they had me booked for an appointment for the upcoming weekend. I found Dr. Fouladian and his staff to be very professional, they took the time to make sure I had the EXACT prescription and I am now seeing better than ever. Thanks Eyes on Redondo!

Im a new patient and I just finished up my annual eye exam for getting my contacts and I wanted to say what a pleasant experience I had with the doc and staff at Eyes On Redondo Optometry. Very friendly, talkative, knowledgeable. Everything you would want from a health care provider. Two thumbs up! Found my new eye doctor in the southbay! Thanks again!
