As a fellow eye doctor who lives in the Kansas City area I recently had the opportunity to tour and spend some time observing in Dr. Richlin and Dr. Laus new office. I am always looking for ideas to improve our own office. I was impressed from the first step into office to my last step going out. Their office is up to date with all the modern technology an eye doctor needs to take care outstanding care of their patients eyes. Their staff is well trained and efficient. The have an excellent selection in their optical and provide great value. Their doctors offer compassion and caring that I think exceeds what we often see today in busy practices. It is easy to see why this practice has been successful for several decades. They do a wonderful job with their patients. Yesterday i went to the office of Dr. Richlin and i received the most thorough eye evaluation ever. Dr. Richlin was not only kind and understanding, but he was able to communicate to me in a way I could understand. His office staff was efficient and more than pleasant. When I left the office for the first time I felt confident that Dr. Richlin was going to solve my visual problems. I would give this office a 5 star rating and highly recommend Dr. Richlin to anyone with a visual problem!!! i cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience there.

Ive been to many optometric practices in California and in different countries, and I must say that Dr. Richlin OD and Associates has the most well run practice I have ever seen. They have the latest and greatest equipment, fashionable frames, and friendly staff. Their office is extremely efficient and the eye exams are very thorough. Dr. Richlin and Dr. Lau are excellent eye doctors and I would recommend them to anyone! THEYRE THE BEST!

The staff at Richlin and Associates is one that can not do enough to help you. The check in process, the technicians and Dr. Richlin make going to the eye doctor a pleasure. The eye glass store is amazing, better than any retail store i have been in. The service level in this area is unsurpassed, Chu and Howard have tremendous experience and can not do enough for you. This is the best eye care on the westside.

Parking is the only issue here. They validate for an hour, but a visit probably takes more than that. I always park on the street and walk a block, so even that isnt an issue. The staff is courteous, the place is immaculate, and the doctors seem quite good.
