John Doe

Very poor front desk staff, billing practices and communication between workers. Front desk is not in sync with the billing department and the front desk basically has no clue on whats going on with your account. Once a new receptionist gets on the clock for the day, there is no communication with the previous receptionist. Front desk gives false information regarding billing on your account for your visit. If you ask, theyll give you a number to call to try to sort out your billing problems because they really dont know. They might offer to have someone call you back however this will never happen. Ive been promised a call back 3 times to confirm my insurance information was cleared and never received any calls for 3 weeks. I would not recommend this place simply due to the billing hassles Ive encountered.

The front desk has the worst customer service. They are unfriendly, basically they try to ignore you in hopes that that wont have to do their jobs. Literally none of them will ingnolage you are standing right in front of them. They have no knowledge of insurance practices & billing & communication . I have yet to see them smile. After paying they dont ask if you need to make an appointment, or thank you for your business. My experience has been very cold. The aids are friendly. And the person who I have Scott who has been working with me is friendly. I have been there 3x & keep hoping for a better experience.

This place is truly amazing! They have clearly done their research on rehabilitation for your body! Very customer friendly and truly care about your rehab! They did wonders for my hamstring and got me back on the field quicker and better then I could ever imagine!

Im being seen for a back issue resulting from a bus accident. The staff has been great, front desk to the aides, to the PT Dr. I would recommend them with the highest regard. Although Im not fully healed, I feel progress in my treatment and my home exercises.
