Ive been getting adjustments since 2004. After multiple visits with conventional chiropractors I never felt complete and always found myself dependent on them, never making it more than 3 or 4 weeks without an adjustment before my headaches returned. After my visits with Dr. Koeppen I found myself going longer between visits to the point where my headaches are now few and far between. Other blessings, my lower back rarely hurts any more, Im able to wear aprons and such where before the weight on my neck was too much, the muscle spasms in my back are a distant memory, my neck hardly stiffness, I also look forward to my visits more than ever! Dr. Koeppen is an an amazing man full of knowledge and wisdom, a diamond in the rough I am truly blessed to have in my life. He is completely thorough, working all affected muscles, with miraculous results. I definitely recommend for anyone to find out for themselves, since seeing is believing!

I have been physically active in some way for as long as I can remember. Come college I began to have chronic issues that began interfering with my fitness goals. These included sore knees, weakened IT bands, neck, hip, and lower back pain, and an awful pinched nerve in one of my shoulders. The physical therapy regimens my doctor recommended werent doing the trick. Then one day I met Dr. Koeppen at a farmers market and next thing you know, what I had been trying to figure out for a few years had virtually been treated within a few months of his care. I believe his holistic and refreshing point of view make his cervical-focused work all the more effective. My body, mind, and spirit are truly thankful for the experience. I’m so grateful for Dr. Collan. I have a lot of neurological and physical symptoms my doctors cant explain or fix. I had pretty much given up on ever improving when I met Dr. Collan at a health fair. I figured if no one could help me this couldnt hurt. Within six weeks I saw a drastic improvement in my symptoms and quality of life. I had less fatigue, pain, agitation, nausea/vomiting, dizziness, tingling and tremors. My migraines decreased and I also had fewer mood swings. My primary doctor is impressed with the improvements and says hell have to remember that "chiropractic really does work." Yes it does. Dr. Collan has given me my life back. Im not cured, but my life is worth living now. Im not constantly in pain. He is kind and gentle, quite knowledgeable and funny too. Try him out. Life is better with your head on straight. ;)

My husband suffered from massive headaches almost daily for 2 1/2 years. $1000 in insurance copays later, all the doctors came up with was "cluster headaches" (& no, they didnt know what caused them). Met Dr. Collan at a networking event. We had long suspected the problem was chiropractic, but hadnt found a doctor we felt knew how to treat it. Dr. C not only knew instantly, but explained right then and there what the problem was. Two treatments later, no more headaches. Now, whenever they start to come back, we run - not walk - to Dr. C!!

Ive suffered from lower back and neck pain for many years due to sports, running and intense workout sessions. However, Ive always been nervous to be treated by a typical chiropractor as Im terrified of their cracking techniques. But I am so lucky to have found Dr. Collan and been introduced to his type of practice, which doesnt have to involve spine twisting or popping. He has definitely helped me feel better and get relief from some of the symptoms I had just grown accustomed to living with. I highly recommend him and his work!

Thank you, Dr. Koeppen for lighting up my world! I met the doctor through my Business Alliance Group and heard him speak a number of times. He always emphasized the importance of upper cervical alignment to improve many undesirable conditions. I decided to have myself checked. I was pleasantly surprised to not only get my head on straight, but to also have my mental clarity improve and brain fog to lessen. Dr. Koeppen is an excellent chiropractor and a champion of wellness in other ways. too.

When i feel like a cold or illness is coming on, i go to active rest chiropractic. They help drain my head, sinuses, and lymph nodes in my neck without all the twisting and cracking of the neck. It works better than i could have imagined, give it a try and see for yourself. Even if you are not sick it helps you become better than you were before!

The person on the phone was unprofessional and rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. All about the money and not trying to help people get better. They dont take insurance and belittle people that have coverage and ask for care.
