I recently started going to Dr. Eller, DO, whom Im happy to state is now my primary doctor. Ive lived in south O.C. for many years having several types of doctors and internists enough to know physician competence, accurate diagnosis, appropriate requests in ordering tests, correct referrals to specialists including prescriptions to take or not to take. Dr. Eller is extremely polite, pleasant with exceptional and respectful patient bedside manners. I have never felt "rushed" in my appointments; Dr. Eller is caring and takes the time to discuss my health concerns and questions always, examine me if neccessary and provide his diagnosis recommendations. Truly, there are not enough positive words I could say about Dr. Eller as a competent, knowledgeable and caring internist medical practitioner. Anna has been with him forever as long as I recall when he shared an office with a colleague I was a patient of (whom I equally respect. Her new location office manager in town center however, not so much. No reflection on the doctor) Anna is "always" pleasant and extremely efficient. Ive never had to be placed on hold for long periods of time....ever. Anna always attempts to accommodate where she can in scheduling appts and is proficient in her knowledge within the health & medical industry and procedures to know when assessing urgent scheduling. Keisha, Dr. Eller medical assistant is amazing! Im impressed by her knowledge when I describe my symptoms. It has been comforting to feel Keisha is reliable and truly loves her job where her sincerity that she cares resonates through. I honestly will say I have never interfaced with a more "responsive" doctors assistant who answers her phone 90% of the time when I call, if not, Keisha "returns" your call the very next day. Kudos to you Dr. Eller for having great staff employees. I will refer Dr. Eller with confidence to anyone seeking a new internist, in a heartbeat.

Dont make the mistake of putting your health in the hands of Dr. Eller and staff! Go ahead and call the office no matter what time it is your call will go to voice mail. Your call back will hopefully come in 2-3 days, you most likely will have to leave numerous messages to get any response. Ellers staff is uniquely arrogant and uninvolved, if your health needs require any attention beyond billing your insurance company you will be met with down right snide hostility by his front office person Anne. Followed by having to deal with his nurse Cathy who would rather ignore a patient than lift a finger to assist them, even for something as little and common as a prescription refill. Her work ethic is complimented by the beside manor of a pit viper. I couldnt really say how good of a doctor Eller actually is. For the 18months he was my doctor i never saw him for more than 3mins per appointment (noticing a pattern I actually began timing my visits). Despite the complete and utter lack of interest in my familys health care, Ellers staff is very accomplished at billing your insurance for even the briefest phone call. Protect your finances but most of all protect your family and say NO to Dr. Eller. -Ms. Rallo- who wrote the other google review I believe was a former employee

Get Real

I was appalled to read a negative review about Dr. Eller and his staff. I have been in Orange County for 15 years and have been a patient in many health facilities. I started seeing Dr. Eller based on a referral from a Registered Nurse three years ago. I totally trust him with my health and my life. His staff is friendly, professional and do what they say they are going to do. Every office visit I have had (average of 5 visits per year) has been totally positive. I have experienced minimum wait times, phone calls returned promptly and thorough examinations. I can tell the Dr. Eller and his staff truly care about my well-being. Whoever the bonehead is that made negative comments about this medical practice is a liar (probably as disgruntled worker on competition). I only give positive reviews when the service I receive is exceptional.

I am a real patient of Dr. Eller for almost eight years. My wife became his patient about two years ago. The only reason I am writing this is because I Googled him to see if his email address has changed since he joined Mission Hospital and was shocked to see a negative review! I have nothing but admiration for Dr. Eller and his staff who have always taken into consideration my needs (some times urgent). I switched to him because of my previous money hungry doctors. Unlike other doctors, he does not force me to go to the office and pay for a visit in order to renew my prescriptions, order blood work and review the results, or prescribe travel medications. I think the negative reviewer must have a personal problem either with Dr. Eller, or himself.

I love DR. Eller !!! He really is the best !!! he cares about his job and has huge compassion , alway spends loads of time listing to all my health conserns ( poor guy lol ) and him and all his wonderfull staff are so nice and respectfull . I always get refurrals supper quick ive never really had to wait (thanks anna :) ) !!!! theres so meany good things to say about dr. ellers office youll just have to go see for your self : ) it will be the best choice you can make !! Dr Eller is such an incredible lovely person who takes time with his patients. The staff is helpful and friendly. At one time my insurance would not cover Dr Eller and I had to choose another doctor. I went to one appointment with another doctor who seemed excellent however when I was again allowed to go back to Eller I did. Very happy to be back.

Dr. Eller and his staff espically Anna have been exceptional during my husbands need for care. The md and his staff are the most caring I have come across during my husbands need for test and treatments. Dr. Eller and his staff are the BEST.
