Dr. Orr and her staff are extraordinary. They are a well oiled team with one fundamental goal at the fore of why they exist - to keep my family healthy. Dr. Orr is not only highly accomplished and knowledgeable on a wide range of medical matters, shes insightful, intuitive and compassionate. Whether were managing appointments and insurance with the front desk, sharing our medical concerns with her phenomenal assistant Melissa, or being examined by Dr. Orr, we are confident that we are in the best hands and that she and her staff will do what it takes to remedy whatever it was that initiated our visit. While visiting with Dr. Orr its as if I am her ONLY concern and that nothing and no one exists outside the examination room. Logically, I know Dr. Orr has other patients to attend to, but she make me feel as if Im her only patient and spends as much time with me as my medical concern requires. In my short sixty years of seeing doctors I have never experienced anything like it. Anyone can find and pay for a competent doctor, but its a rarity to discover someone who excels AND genuinely cares. My family, mother-in-law, and I all rely on Dr. Orr for our primary care and could not recommend her any more enthusiastically.

This office changed hands. Since then, my wife and I have been very disappointed with their services. My pharmacy had called several times on a prescription renewal but never received calls back. My wife had similar issues with regards to calls not being returned. Moreover, my daughter was displeased with the offices lax approach to some issues she has had. All around, we are on the verge of switching offices.

Dr. Orr and her staff are excellent professionals. I am so glad I have switched my primary care physician to a doctor who truly cares. She is a doctor who will spend time with her patients, look out for their best well being and will not give up if a health issue cant be discovered. I believe the previous reviewer was referring to the previous practice she worked at which was not independently owned by her.

Ive been going to Dr. Orr for over 20 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and she takes time to explain and answer questions. Both Dr. Orr and her staff are very friendly and helpful!
