Dr. Dawood and his staff are hands down, my favorite people ever. If youve had laser tattoo removal, you probably dread having it done. Well, I count down the weeks and days between my sessions because I LOVE going to Sublime MD. Not only is the office gorgeous and loaded with modern day spa style decor, the staff is amazing. Colleen (hope I am spelling her name right), is such a sweet and helpful person. Dr. Dawood and both of his assistants (maybe he has more) are so nice, funny and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. I wont lie. It hurt a hell of a lot more than the other place in Lake Forest I had one a session done at. However, the results were what confirmed I made the best choice changing to Dr. Dawood. Ive had NO scarring or weird discolorations from his treatments, only consistent fading every month. I couldnt be happier. The only problems Ive had are being pestered by the crappy Lake Forest place who keep calling for me to make appointments after I said in early March I will never use them again (thanks to Dr. Dawood being so awesome). He also removed some skin tags and little cherry angiomas for me, in addition to Botox injections. I will continue to stay with Sublime MD / Dr. Dawood for all of my injectable and laser needs. Right now Im only getting two tats done at once, I will stay with them for the other 3 I have. I will also continue to stay with him for my Botox and my dark circle injections (once I get the nerve to do that one). I formerly used my plastic surgeon for injections and changed to Dr. Dawood. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he has great prices on cosmetic services and the best prices on tattoo removal (he also sticks to his prices, unlike certain places increasing the price for inks, scarring only they can see, location, etc.). On an unrelated note, last time I saw Dr. Dawood I had been having health problems (not at all related to cosmetic things). He gave me the name of a place to look into to help me try to avoid a hysterectomy, and also helped me to feel more comfortable as I was in a lot of pain and extremely nauseous. Most doctors (or assistants in some cases), would have just did my treatment and tossed me out. They let me stay longer and rest in the chair, gave me water, etc. In the event of an emergency, or even a simple case like mine - Im happy to be in the hands of a real doctor. My plastic surgeon and primary care physician both keep Dr. Dawoods business cards on-hand for their patients - both of them requested his cards after seeing my results. I think that alone speaks for itself. :) Dr. Dawood and staff, youre all awesome and I love you guys almost as much as cupcakes!

Got my botox for the third time in my life at their office in the Mission Viejo. After getting 39 UNITS I am NOT happy with the result at all. My first and second experiences at different location with DIFFERENT DOCTOR, after getting my 24 UNITS botox injections, the doctor asked me to go back to her office after 2 weeks as a follow up. I was so happy with my result after two weeks but she wanted to inject more units FOR FREE to see a better result AND I DIDNT ASK FOR MORE FREE UNITS. As an UNHAPPY patient/customer with my result after 2 weeks I called Dr. Dawoods office and they told me If I have to get more units I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND IT IS NOT FREE!!!!

The office refused to see me if I did not sign the arbitration agreement. The agreement pretty much stated that no matter how badly they screw up, I give up ALL my legal rights. They can inject me with cyanide without any consequences to them. The lady on the front desk was very polite and friendly. This is not a negative judgement on her, but on whoever runs the office.
