My impression is that this business does not respect its clients time. If you can afford the time or believe Dr Mosca is worth the time investment, go. If time is a precious commodity, find a different care provider. I came here during my first and third pregnancies. During the first pregnancy the visits seemed to help my back pain so I kept coming, though it always seemed like I spent a long time in the waiting room. During the third pregnancy, I just couldnt afford the time. For a 15 minute adjustment Id spend 1.5 to 2 hours in the office. I would routinely wait 30 minutes to an hour in the waiting room, and then longer in the individual adjustment room. So I stopped going and my back pain didnt worsen -- Im not sure that the adjustments were helping at all in that third pregnancy. The billing is a mess. I got one bill 2 months after my visits and paid within a few weeks. I got my second bill TEN MONTH after my visits, with no explanation of what the bill was for, no dates of service, simply a total amount owed. After I wrote a letter, the billing person sent me an "itemized statement" that did include this information. It also included asterisks next to some but not all payments and a footnote that "*=Ins paid". When I asked the billing person whether the asterisk means "insurance paid", she replied: "I cant decipher that." Thats right: the billing person cant decipher the statement she sent me. (As a side note, I think their scheduling and billing is such a mess not out of ill will.)

I cant say enough about the skill level and treatment results I and my family have gotten from Dr. Deb Mosca and her staff. Her intuitive and highly specific, yet gentle treatment of my neck, my back , my hips and my feet (after bunion surgery) have never failed to resolve pain, restore movement and circulation while reducing tightness, soreness or numbness. Dr. Deb is smart, compassionate, keeps the patient informed while treating so they are involved in the healing process and staying well. I took my 88 year old mother to her for a painful sciatic nerve problem that her Stanford MD and PT could not remedy with pain-killers and massage, and my mom slept through the night and was able to walk on her own for the first time in many weeks. My family have been to many chiropractors over the years but no one compares to Dr. Mosca. She addresses the whole person - the emotional, physical and mental aspects of whatever malady we bring to her. Her office staff is also compassionate, skilled and kind. Waits can be long, depending on client load that day, but the results we get cant compare, and thats the reason were there in the first place.

Dr Deb is great! She has fixed issues that other chiropractic doctors have not. She takes her time with you. Sure some times there is a long wait if she has seen a few people that need more than just 15 minutes to be worked on. Id rather wait then feel like I am some thing on a express assembly line. Been there done that, those adjustment never hold more than an hour afterwards. Dr Debs last almost two weeks for me! .... Unless I fall down the stairs a week after seeing her. :P
