Unfortunately I cant rate this place lower than a one star. Dont waste your time and money. I made an appointment at 4pm and was there 20 minutes early, and every 30 minutes I would ask how much longer it was to see the Dr, they said it would be shortly. At 6:24 pm after having to wait over 2 hours (mind that I had an appointment) I was upset and was walking toward the door and all of a sudden the Dr was available and ready to see me. It takes someone to get angry and upset in order for them to take care of you. BEWARE this place is a SCAM!! They give multiple appointments and have you come back different days so that they can collect more money from you and your insurance. BEWARE and dont sign any Waivers, read carefully what you will be signing. This place is not ethical and doesnt care about wasting patients time or for over charging them. I wont be surprised if it gets closed down. So If you are going in for a follow up be prepare to waste a good 3 hours of your time and to be charged double copays. The from end personal are not helpful and dont really care about how long the patients have been waiting, all they care about is talking and checking their phone.

This office had me sign a waiver saying that I had to pay them out of pocket if my insurance didnt pay them as much as they wanted for my procedure. So, despite having a contract with my insurance about how payment would work, they forced me to pay them *again*, after my insurance had already covered it. They also only gave me half a years prescription of my standard birth control to try to force me to come back for an unnecessary second appointment, despite me specifically requesting a full year. On top of that, when they got my results back they gave me scary misinformation about what it meant. I only cleared it all up when I went to another doctor, who told me that the test was unnecessary in the first place! Never again. Please avoid this scam of an office

Awesome place. Dr. Alza is very kind and spends much time with each patient. You feel very safe under Dr. Alzas care. The staff is so kind and respectful. Its like one happy family. It also comforts me much to know Dr. Alza is a caring Catholic with a background of Jesuit teachings, helps me when it comes to ethical questions as well. Dr. Alza is much like a caring friend and visiting him is a pleasure if only for the conversation. His knowledge is very well rounded and he treats the whole person, physically and emotionally. O dont write a lot of these but when I do it is heart felt. Dr. Alza is more then an awesome Physician he is an awesome person who care for healing reaches far past his own clinics and into the whole community.
