The medical care I received through Dr. Mark Hoffman when I recently went into the Pasadena Urgent Care Center was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely competent in every aspect of the immediate treatment of my injury (a broken foot), and also thought carefully about what the next steps in my treatment plan would be. Now, what is truly outstanding is that he did not leave it at that. When, a few days later, I hit troubles getting the appropriate medical care within my insurance plan, he went out of his way to ensure that I would be able to see the appropriate specialists in a timely manner and without too much extra cost. A truly excellent doctor!

I was in Urgent Care all this morning with chest pains. Dr. Hoffman patiently asked me many questions and listened to my answers. He took the time to make sure that we understood each other and gladly explained the reasoning behind his questions. He was extremely present. Its sad that this is not the case with all doctors. He was so kind and concerned, I am offended by the review on here attacking his ego. My husband and I agreed that with Dr. Hoffman we had by far the best experience weve ever had with a doctor. It is bitter sweet that he works in Urgent Care. I would feel so taken care of were he my general practitioner.

My experience with Dr. Hoffman has been brief but impressive. I visited him based on a friends recommendation, and was immediately struck at the time and care he put into my visits.He actually sat me down in his office to discuss my issues before he even lifted the stethoscope, which is more than I can say for any doctor Ive visited in the past. He was very personal without prying, and genuinely listened to my concerns without being anxious to get me through in a hurry. Clearly Dr. Hoffman isnt just trying to go for a quota; he is the real McCoy. Definitely recommended.

I visited Dr. Hoffman at Verdugo Medical Hill Urgent Care facility. Dr. Hoffman was very patient and informative; he did an great job of diagnosing and administering the proper care. What impressed me the most was the kind of personal care he gave, he was attentive and really listened. I did not feel rushed. Hes the kind of Dr. that you would bring your family to.

It was a very pleasant experience, to have a clear explanation of the situation as it appears with the limited information available to him, he took the time to explain alternative possible treatments and the least invasive worked.
