I came to my appointment at the time specified, 3:30pm, and the doctor had left for the day at 3:00pm. The soonest appointment available was a month later, so I begrudgingly accepted it. I was visibly frustrated and disappointed. I was not rude. Less than a week later, I received a letter that Dr. Ricardo had withdrawn from my care and would under no circumstances see me again. Beware. Before I signed up with the doctor, I figured experience of the other negative reviewers would not be my experience. I had no problems with long hold times.

NO STARS BUT I HAD TO INCLUDE ONE FOR MY REVIEW THE WAY THEY ANSWER THE PHONE IS "DRS ROMAN OFFICE PLEASE HOLD" AND BEFORE YOU CAN ANSWER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD ON FOR 10-15MIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
