Dr. Zaki has been my primary care physician for more than five years. He accepted my cash when I couldnt buy medical insurance due to a previous surgery. He accepts the terrible insurance that I now have as well as all of the heartache that his office endures from it. Why? Personally, I think that he actually cares about his patients health. Maybe the awards that decorate his walls are proof. If not, let me be instead. My health issues are REALLY complicated, and yet, he always manages to out-do my famous neurosurgeons and-the-like by spending the extra time, making the extra calls when my insurance fails him, and doing the jobs of a few different specialists to be sure that I survive. I am a neurosurgery survivor with multiple aneurisms, lots of scars and badly-healed bones. If he can fix me, he can fix anyone! Dr. Zaki is the best doctor that I have ever had and Ive had a LOT of pretty good ones.:-) His office staff are outstanding. They process the terrible paperwork correctly, they keep the appointments running like clockwork, they work REALLY hard for Zakis patients like me. Good luck future patients.:) -Mary
