Being patient I was able to tolerate the 2 front desk women checking their smart phones and cackling with eachother as people wait in line as they cough at each other in misery. The nurses who think they are doctors where blood is drawn in room 133 are very unprofessional and cross contaminate the work areas with blood drips from patients that slowly walk through there.
