I wish I knew the doctors name here and honestly I wish he were my primary doctor as he was better and more knowledgeable of what to do than any other doctor Ive had. I have a couple of rarer and chronic illnesses that have me running to an urgent care either for an IV or ekg/make sure I either do or dont need to go to the ER. While this is the drill for everyone I know with the illnesses I have, and urgent care can usually help, the doctors and nurses tend to not have a clue and cant offer knowledgeable advice. I get it, I have a rare disease not something common like an allergy or broken bone, but the doctor here knew what to do, and while he sent me along to the ER he also put a note in for the ER of exactly what to do. They didnt seem to get that memo but I still appreciate that the doctor at this urgent care knew what to do and did everything he could to help. Not only that but before my uber arrived to take me to the ER he brought out the other person working there at night (a nurse or a doctor Im not sure) and educated them on what I have - which is wonderful!

Went in with tonsillitis. I desperately needed antibiotics. The doctor said she didnt think I had anything serious. She wouldnt give me antibiotics. I got much worse over the next few days. I called in saying that I really needed medication, so they prescribed me the wrong kind of antibiotics. I got much, much worse over the next five days until I saw another doctor elsewhere and got the meds I need. This place is terrible. They made me incredibly sick with their incompetence.

The whole experience was great. I went on a Saturday afternoon, my wait was only 20 minutes. The reception persons, the person that took vitals, etc; & the doctor were all better than expectations. The only minor issue would be having the clinic open during your regular week day hours. Please maintain this level of service and this will be a terrific asset to the community. Thanks, Jim Sutton

Compassionate and very caring staff! Had been to Urgent Care in Tujunga only a few days ago - was in need to return (but due to the nut job in Tujunga, wasnt going back to that one). The folks at Adventist are kind and empathetic. Answered my questions patiently even when I had to repeat my questions. Nice clean and friendly atmosphere helps calm the nerves as well!

Absolutely great service. Came in today and was in and out within an hour. The staff was very friendly and offered free bottles of water. The doctor was extremely kind and helped me through a painful procedure. The space is beautiful and the air condition was welcoming on this hot day. Thank you so much!

Warm, welcoming and attentive staff. The facility is clean and organized. Our visits have been pleasant with short wait time. The attending physicians are knowledgeable, friendly and care about their patients. Some even call a few days later to check how the patient is doing.

Very pleasant staff and Drs are very caring I was there for WASP sting and they took care of me with great care. Never a wait. Thank U for opening near my house..They also have a regular Dr. for appts. I would schedule but they dont expect my insurance.

This is the best urgent care I have ever been to. The lobby and clinic are pleasant and immaculate. The staff is friendly and professional. The wait time was reasonable and the staff kept me updated on how much longer it would be.

Love this place! Close to home. Dont have to drive down to Glendale or over to Pasadena, and half the wait. Staff incredibly nice-maybe because they havent been seasoned to the job yet
