They need to work on their customer service skills. Their technique in dentistry is good, the only problem for me was that I didnt know who I was talking to. Ask me to tell you the name of 1 person there... I wont be able to answer that. Nobody introduced themselves or told me who was the technician or the dentist. There was also no explanation as to the process of the procedure like "Im going to treat this area, your going to feel a sting". My anxiety went through the roof. I brace myself if people walk me through procedures and I dont get as anxious. But that was not the case here.

Everybody was nice. The doctor was informative. BUT it was only in for a check up and spent over 3 hours. The wait in the lovely was a hour. After they brought me in for the x rays the first chair they sat me in was a hour and then another hour jus to see the doctor. I started to ask how long until the next part of the appointment was and they politely apologized the the delay. Great place and very professional. I would go again and hope it wont take another 3 hours

Its my first time being here. My experience was A-okay! Some of staff were nice and welcoming. Some werent. Just a heads up, if youre making an appointment, make sure to have a clear schedule for that day. It does take a long process to cover for whats needed. I for one didnt think ahead, had my appt. @9am and didnt come out until 12pm. (Its been awhile I havent gone to a dentist.) Other than that, Im looking forward for my next visit.

I took my daughther two time and they were very rude. There not professional at all. My daughther didnt like it. She was going to get treat but i could hear crying for the wait room. And i ask if i could go see her. They didnt want to let me in. so i walk in, and my daughter was in the back room by her self. That not bening resposbile at all. i didnt like west coast. BAD SERVICE .

Had me wait 40 minutes, and then another hour in the chair after I got my x rays, just for them to tell me that they couldnt do anything because they hadnt contacted my insurance company, yet theyre the ones who made the appointment for me. I was so pissed, I am not going back to this dentist they like to take their sweet time for everything!!

I was in so much pain being that all 4,of my wisdom teeth had to be pulled I originally wasnt suppose to be seen by my doc until June 20th smfh but west coast dental had an opening and took me no questions asked I was in and out within 2,hrs. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart I appreciate all that you have done for me.

Dentist and staff are very nice, but if you want see a dentist here make sure u clear your schedule for the whole day because it can take up to 2 hrs just to see the dentist. The office onviously overbooks and is flooded w/ clients so they dont care how long you have to wait. Go somewhere else and save time!!

Westcoast dental in lynwood is great I never been to a caring dentist before I had bad times at most dentist but when I came here they were wonderful. I am referring all my friends and family to them they gave me a chance to smile again thank you guys for everything your staff was wonderful.

The front office personnel was very friendly and took care of my paperwork quickly. As for the surgeon, he was very calm and professional which made me calm and his assistant was was also very helpful in making things go smoothly. First time at that office and It was a great experience.

I love this place. I met the dentist and the orthodontist. Very friendly and well educated doctors. The only thing I hate is the parking lot. NUMERO UNO market really ruined the space there. Everyone that I recommend this place says they rather not go because of the parking.

They ladies in the front are really nice but why do they have to take so long to get you inside they was no one in the waiting room and it took them an hour to put me inside and I still waited in the chair 40 minutes costumer service is good just not the wait

Very customer friendly staff. Their PROFESSIONAL an caring. The dentists work is EXCELLENT he was gentle didnt rush. If your looking for a long time dentist or even scared of the dentist this is the place to go.
