Impersonal and unprofessional. It took 1 hour to take xrays of my teeth. Then the dentist took 2 minutes to look at my teeth and say I have a lot of cavities. Then the insurance rep came over with my information on a paper towel and told me I had 7 cavities and needed a possible crown. (Mind you this was my first time here because of an insurance change and had seen my previous dentist 6 months ago with a clean bill of health). I think they are scamming people and am going to pay out of pocket to get a second opinion. Additionally, I was there for 2.5 hours for the entire visit, and there was staff just sitting around. 1 patient waited in the waiting room for 1 hour before being seen despite this too. I am very unhappy! I was there for a normal exam/cleaning and received no cleaning! This place is terrible, never go!

Dont even think about getting any services on this dental office. The manager wont help customer with billing issue. They billed my mom for a gingival irrigation for my brother which wasnt rendered properly and now they want us to pay $600 including the stuff that they give you and they told us those are free. My brother was seen by a dentist for like 2mins and that was it. We went for a second opinion and our new dentist told us they didnt do nothing. Worst services!!!
