Truly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a dental group. Im a professional and was new to the area. They were accepted by our insurance plan, so naturally I didnt think twice about it. They had a nice website and a nice receptionist. I have had some issues with my teeth but was waiting for dental insurance to get them fixed. I absolutely could NOT BELIEVE that they tried to upsell me during my first consultation. Im pretty easy going, really enjoy a good value for my money, but this was beyond ridiculous. Not only did they try to upsell me with suggestions for a $300 out of pocket saliva sample, he also tried to recommend a purely cosmetic procedure amongst my assessment. I could NOT believe it… I have 2 serious issues with my teeth and hes trying to up sell me on other parts of my teeth he could do? SERIOUSLY!?! You have to be kidding me. After the assessment Im greeted by a different (and kind of nasty) receptionist who prints out my assessment.. which included multiple extra procedures. I took it home that night. I highlighted everything I really needed and it came out to about $750. The actual plan they gave me was for $2500 worth of treatment… WOW. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that when I told the receptionist that I didnt need the saliva sample, she snaps back at me and tells me "Well you DO need it, you just need to decide which part you can afford". Wow. Wow. Wow. Are you serious? Im a new patient looking for someone who wants to help me take care of my teeth and any dental issues.. sorry B/GDG you just lost a truly dedicated customer. I just cannot believe this company is still running. Absolutely horrible. They get 2 stars because the man who took my X-rays was so nice and professional. It was such a disappointment that everything went down hill after that.

I almost never leave negative reviews online, as I am a business owner and know the ramifications they can have on a business. I always try to resolve things through other means. Just because one person had a bad experience doesnt mean someone else will. HOWEVER, I am so unhappy with this place. Every time I am here, I wait for such a long time. The last time, it was almost an hour and a half. Today, I felt like I won the lottery, waiting only 35 minutes. After my appointment, I was still seated in the exam chair, waiting for the receptionist who handles the billing. She was SUPPOSED to be letting me know how much my treatment will cost. She says to all 100lbs of me, "Aww, youre pregnant?" Um, NO! Not only am I not expecting, if I were, unless that information is offered, it is not something a professional should be bringing up during a dental visit! She went on with conversation, attempting to clean up the situation, but it fell on deaf ears. Save yourself hours of life in waiting time and apparently the additional anger and possible embarrassment a visit here could cost you and choose another office.

Im completely utterly disgusted with this dentistry I agree with another post that said they try to sell you work that you dont need when I went in I needed a crown for a root canal which they gave me an infection their instruments are dirty I pointed it out to them and theyre equipment that goes in your mouth is outdated chipped and cracked still have material on them they tried to assure me that they went through a sterilization process I ordered yellow gold for the crown as it is the best and most expensive when it arrived I had a full-blown infection and I just wanted the damn crown in my mouth but I questioned it in front of the dentist in fact I had them call the company they are contracted with who made the crown to confirm it was yellow gold because it did not look like yellow gold!but I was in so much distress I had them put it in anyway but Im here to say Im going to sue this dentistry and get my money back theres no way in hell I would letanyone of those Dentists touch me again!! Stay far away from this place!!

You guys should be reported do not ever go here this is the worst dental group its a scam and all they want to do is is upsell you dental work you dont need. So on my first visit which was supposed to be a cleaning all they did was tell me about everything that was wrong with my mouth including that I needed all these fillings and had gingivitis and needed a "gingivitis flush" They try to get me to replace the silver on my fillings too and my teeth are in pretty good shape . I am really appalled and will not be going back thank God I didnt let them work on my mouth! All lies :/

Definitely one of the worst....THE WORST....dental experiences Ive ever had, and Ive had A LOT of dental work done over the years. Bad customer experience; I had about 5 different people working on me; the girl taking x-rays kept hitting my teeth with the camera; and now one of my fillings is loose! I would actually give them NO stars if I could...

Dont go there! They are liars, and cons! The doctor does not even talk to you about options. They get you to sign for credit and then start work without discussing it with you first. The work is not completed and you are stuck with half of the work done!!!!! I will be looking at options to get my money back!!!

I have gone three times and every time the staff is so polite and considerate. I jut have to show a bit of discomfort and right away they try to fix it. Ive never had to wait long. I was recommended to them and I would recommend them. Im getting my wisdom teeth removed there so ill keep you all updated.

Dont go here. Ever. Theyre all just a bunch of sales people who dont fully understand what theyre doing. So now I have to pay more money for another dentist to fix what they did. And they sent me a bill 1 year after the service. Just say no.
