Its a beautiful and clean place. However, I do want to express my disappointment in the following: I do my regular cleaning appointments there and what tends to happen usually: 3 to 4 days before the appointment is: I begin to receive messages to my phone asking me to confirm the appointment. I confirm. Shortly after I confirm I receive a message quoting me on the price of the visit which is usually much higher than what I was told originally. For example, a regular cleaning ranges between $95 to $120. I am aware of that and ready to pay that. However, to provide an example, I was supposed to have an appointment on this upcoming Friday, and I cancelled it because the assistant who works at Dr. Steves Office messaged me saying that: my total for the visit would be $239 because XRAYS are mandatory! I have never been to a place where anyone forces you to do XRAYS if you are choosing not to. I have also experienced in the past where I was told that my cleaning visit would be $95 dollars and then the same lady tried to charge me $135 dollars for the visit. Ultimately she didnt because I called her out on the price. I find this to be very unprofessional. Not to dramatize but it kind of stresses me out having to worry about the actual price when its a Dentist Appointment, and prices should already be set (which they are) and I know how much just a regular cleaning goes for. So it really seems beyond unprofessional to keep changing the price. This is not the first time this has happened either. So, in conclusion as nice as this place is I am choosing to go somewhere else at this point because I always KNOW that somehow they will try to convince me to pay more than I should for the visit.

Thank goodness for this dentist I called on a saturday as a new patient appointment for my husband that broke his tooth asking if they would fit me in she asked if he was in pain I said yes he was and she fit him in that morning. No one else wants to take new patients last minute and they were busy but made room and we were very impressed as we walked in the office is so clean and the staff is very friendly. My husband has alot of work to be done and this will be our new dentist you can tell he knows what he is doing and does not waste your time. She had an opening for a cleaning that same time so I took it for myself I will tell you he has one of the best people I have ever had to do my cleaning very through and my teeth felt amazing overall great experience I highly suggest if you are looking for someone give this guy a try he is great!!!

I had a great experience with Dr. Kim. Everyone is friendly and helpful- the wait is very minimal and everything looks super clean. I have always been afraid of the dentist but Dr. Kim is very cautious and detailed makes me feel comfortable with the treatment I need done. He is very knowledgeable and lets me know details of what i need. I have referred my family and friends and all seem to love Dr. Kim. The dental hygienist made me feel less anxious about the procedure and continued to check on me several times while she performed the cleaning. This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a dental office. I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his team.

Yay! I found a great dentist! Dr. Steve S. Kim and his staff are by far the best dental experience I have ever had. I do need a lot of work, and now that I am a patient of Dr. Kim I am looking forward to having all my problems corrected and then maintained. Dr. Kim and his staff are all very professional and courteous. The office is extremely clean and comfortable and the equipment appears to be the most updated technology. Wow, I had a great experience and I recommend Steve S. Kim, D.D.S. to anyone looking for a great dentist. Thank you very much Dr. Kim!

I am a new patient and the minute I walked in I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff in the front. I did not have to wait to long for my appt. I was taken in the back and loved how everything was so nice and clean and bright! The staff was really nice in explaining everything that was going to be done today. The procedure I had today was easy and painless! I was a nervous wreck before but I worked myself up for no reason! I will definitely be coming back here for more work :)

I came in to take out my wisdom teeth. I took out all 3 on the same day it was looked at for a very reasonable price. (I have to take out my last one surgically because its very impacted.) The procedure was pretty fast and painless. They grab early appointments which is the best for when you are really in an emergency. The staff are always very nice and so is the dentist. The place is very clean and pretty and it smells very good too. Check it out! You wont regret it.

I have been a client here for close to 12 years and I am always treated with respect and receive thorough care. I have recommended my coworkers to come here as well as friends. The facility is high tech, upgraded and very well kept. The staff is awesome and friendly and informative. I like the fact that they will send a text reminder for appointments and not just make phone calls. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and welcoming, I will be a patient for years to come!

My first visit with Dr. Kim was exceptional. He was very professional, patient, and thorough with the initial exam, which made me feel at ease to start my treatments. I didnt feel rushed like the other offices in the past. The office is just immaculate, clean and up to date. The staffs and the assistants are very friendly and efficient. Ive scheduled an appointment for my husband as well. I highly recommend this office!!

I brought my mom in for implants and crown work. After many years of not going to a dentist dr. Kims office gave my mom a great experience. All her past traumatic memories she had from other dental work could now be looked past since weve met Dr. Kim. They restored my moms oral health and for that we are very greatful. Ive been coming to Dr. Kims office since his location was in Gardena. Both him and his staff are very friendly and professional. My daughter like other little ones were so terrified if seeing a dentist, but everyone in his office made her feel welcomed and comfortable. Went to Dr Kim Friday for the start of a root canal on a REALLY painful tooth. He took time with me and it took 3 rounds of numbing but, finally got to where I wouldnt feel a thing! Going back Monday to finish :) and actually looking forward to finishing this dental work! I would 100% recommend him to anyone with dental anxiety! A+++ dentist!!

Ive been going here for years. The office is always upbeat and cordial. My visits are quick, easy and painless. They are open early, late and on weekends. They provide free teeth cleaning kits every visit and often have money saving promotions. I have recommended this to my girlfriend and if my Mom lived in town, Id recommend it to her too.
