I just want to say DR GREEK, DR JAPANESE, DR YOUNG, and DR MIDDLE EAST ARE ALL GREAT DENTIST and DR MASCOLA I HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING TREATED BY EACH AND EVERYONE OF THE DOCTORS THERE I DINT QUITE KNOW THEIR NAMES, however Dr Korean ( dr cho ) is the most awful dentist I ever had !!! someone should call the dental board on her!!! How dare she call herself a dentist and treat patients when in fact does not know how to clean teeth !! let alone speak well !!!! Warning !!!! This office is clean and huge however they need to take her out of the equation !!!! How can you call your self a health care professional when in fact you dont provide. Excellence ,quality care !!!! You took a oath as a health care professional to be a dentist of quality care !!!! For the dental health !!! I want to say another thing!!! Costumer service sucks !!!!ESPECIALLY THE SECRERARY MONICUE !!!who has a face of doesnt want to be there !!!extremely rude and should be taken off the equation!!! She looks like shes taking a shxxt !!!!!! Beautiful office but they need to do some cleaning with their costumer care !!!!!

I had a treatment that lasted months, I had surgery, teeth removal, it was a complicated process. I am a particularly fearful person with the dentists; in my case both the doctors and the rest of the team were very understanding and patient with me, they gave me the necessary support to overcome my fear. On this long process I was treated by several specialists, Dr. Mascola; Dr. Cacos and Dr. Mata. Going to the dentist is never fun, but the professionalism and experience of all the people involved in my treatment and the human touch they added made my treatment a great experience. After a year of treatment, I have returned to eat with all my teeth, and now I smile with confidence. Thanks to the fantastic team of Total Family Dental Care.

The worse Dentist Dr. Cho in this office. She does not like her work She broke my wisdom tooth after cleaning will her big peed drill. The office manager Monique is the bad service too. She looks at you and do not care if you have pain she tell you to go to other Dr. She has lots of proud if you do not like go. They change for consultation and force you to stay or go and pay for their time. The two should not be working with good dental because there is some good ones like Dr Mascola he is nice and knows what to do. Button of his worker Grace she is not nice gets angry if you do not do what she says does not want you to talk and can put fears on you. Is to bad because Dr. Mascola is great Dr.

This office is really good. My most recent visit was for my 13 year old son. Hes been in braces for 4 years and his teeth are close to perfect. During this transformation, hes been getting his 6 months check ups and were happy to say that his teeth are cavity free. The doctors and staff have been instrumental in keeping him on track. When they tell him to brush and floss, he listens. Though my son has been sporting braces since age nine; overall, its been a positive experience. There are so many skilled doctors in this office, its tough to point out just one; therefore, I give them all

I had to chance dentists because I moved, and gosh why didnt I do it sooner! My previous dentist was OK, but now I understand how a well-running and excellent dental office should be. I love the atmosphere in the office, which is very clean and is designed with patient comfort in mind. And the dentists are awesome. They took time to exam my teeth and gums, and pointed the problems to me, then they took time to explain everything to me in detail and devise a treatment plan. I cannot be more satisfied.

I really enjoy going for my check-ups, thanks to Dr. Sung Cho and the staff. Dr. Cho is friendly, and thorough but quick. During my visit earlier this week, I commented that my lower teeth were dingy, despite brushing, flossing & fluoride mouthwash, so she and her hygienist gave me the best tooth cleaning of my life. My teeth looked all white and shiny again. I was so happy!

I took my 5-year old to Total Family Dental Group for a dental checkup. I was worried about this visit, because my little girl was completely afraid of our last dentist and I had a hard time taking her there. But Dr. Cho was so nice with her that she forgot all about her fear of dentists and felt comfortable in the chair. I am so grateful.
