Appeared to be nice at first, but when they try to over charge you for dental work youre not asking for they quickly turn against you. I was told to "Get out"! After I told Dr. Choy to stop speaking to me rudely. She continued and got another staff to join in to become combative. Races staff. EEO needs to check up on this location because theyre discriminative. And over price everything. They only want to serve Mexicans, thats who theyll give their respect to. Im looking for the owner at this point, because Ive filed a grievance and plan to go further with the dental board. Very u professional experience.

Today I went in for a routine checkup and walked out with BRACES! Ive been wanting braces for sometime now and couldnt really afford them. MARY who is the manager is extremely knowledgeable and very well organized and absolutely professional explained the importance of making the decision now as oppose to later, she also worked very quickly to come up with an affordable payment plan. Every single person that I encountered at this location was warm, efficient and really cared about the health of my teeth. -Tish❤️

My 2 visits were very pleasant more than a year ago. I had one extraction and 5 filings, they made me feel comfortable and answered my many questions. Ill be going back for a check up and cleaning even though I moved out of the city. Its hard to find a place that really takes care of you. I opted out for the replacement tooth, it wasnt covered by my insurance so a missing tooth is just something Ill live with. I still like my smile.

I made an appointment for a regular cleaning which they did before no problem and to check a broken tooth, the Dr suway ggested an implant option which goes from $4000-$25000 and then they try to sell me a deep cleaning for $1600 Wich they knew I had medical insurance they claimed my insurance wont even cover and they cant do basic cleaning either , I found that ridiculous and unprofessional.

Worst office Ive ever been to the pediatric dentist sucks! She has an attitude along with her office manager I had the worst service for my children I waited 2 hours for the Persian pediatric dentist to say she was not going to do my sons procedure because she did not feel comfortable and walk out on me while Im talking ! I had a doctors note that cleared him this place sucks !

Worst dentist I ever been too,. They try to tie you in to have you get all your services there and start billing you for stuff you havent had done.I cancelled services and they still debited my account. When I called in, they had me on hold for 15 minutes, I had to call back. This is a straight low budget dentist.

Very professional staff and doctors on site. It wasnt as bad as I anticipated. I learned a lot about my teeth and how I can improve my dental hygiene. Id recommend Western Dental to all.
