I would have rated DFD 10 stars if I could. By far, the best dental care I have ever received. All the staff is friendly and truly care about the patient. I went in to have a molar extracted, but through their diligence I found out, I needed much more, in fact I had major oral surgery on my upper jaw. Dr Dean is Awesome, I felt No pain, before the operation he took time to explain all my options which Im still pondering. All of his staff were great! and I would like to thank them all for being so caring. Dr. Gangle who is my primary dentist has been great, along with all the techs that have worked with her in my treatment. I should say, that due to my positive experience, my wife is now going for some dental issues, and both of us couldnt be more satisfied. I have been to more than a few dentists, and none come even close to offer the care that DFD does. I have already recommended them to 2 friends. Just 3 days after my surgery, I feel great, adjustments were quickly made to my denture to insure my comfort. In closing, nothing is pain free with what I went through, but they came dang close. I Highly recommend Downtown Family Dental to anyone.

I went to their office based on website good reviews and because of a painful tooth, requesting them to treat the painful area and tooth. However, they did not care about my pains but let me go without giving me any treatment or medicine for the pains but let me come back 3 days later for root canal and all other big upcoming dental surgeryies for those not painful teeth and bone loss. The doctor and her staff excitedly drew a big pancake for themselves totally ignoring the reason I visited them is because of my toothache. I was totally shocked upon their confirmation that they would not do anything at this visit.! I realized they are not true professional, only careing about their big plan on how to dig big money from me. Driven by money, fake smiles.

My husband and I have been coming here for 10 years. Always done a good job and provided great upfront service. Never had a problem with any of the implants by Dr. Salo. Staff is courteous and friendly. Due to high costs of implants, we have shopped around for the best rate and we always come back. Great reputation and reliable.

The best dental experience ever! I can honestly say that the entire staff is professional, courteous, and treated me like family. The facility is state of the art with the most modern equipment I have ever experienced. The staff are second to none and although I hate going to the dentist, they made it a pleasurable experience!

Cheated me hundreds or thousands. $5K for root canal? Left broken needle in my Gum; then had the audacity to revise (increase) the price right before fitting the crown.
