Money hungry doctor and liars. My wife had our dentist call this place to make an appointment under the contingency that they would pull her wisdom teeth without anesthesia. My wife stated that she was present when her dentist confirmed with the receptionist at this facility that they would do the procedure without anesthesia without a problem. When we arrived to the clinic, they looked at us strangely for the request, and then had us sit and wait for the surgeon. When the surgeon came out, he was visibly peeved (e.g., rolling of the eyes, tone of condescension, descrediting my wifes request to not have anesthesia) that she was denying anesthesia. He made every attempt to talk her into the anesthesia, and when he saw that it wasnt going to work, he said that he wouldnt do it, and sent us away. On our way out, they assured us that we would not have to pay due to the miscommunication. Now, we have a bill going to collections, due to our refusing to pay on principle. After talking to a good friend who is a dentist, we have learned the financial motivation behind the surgeons decisions. Apparently, they can only bill for a small fraction in comparison for procedures without anesthesia. We were thoroughly upset over this matter, and would like to let others know where the heart of the surgeon is-as its clearly not for his patients.

Everyone is this office has made the transition great! I use to love the dentist as a child, but as an adult I changed insurance, my dentist retired, and we will just say I had some horrible experiences.. Being terrified of the dentist was holding me back from making an appt. My cousin, (Also terrified) referred me to PCH Smiles.. Broke a tooth and was forced to go. Best decision! Dr Kim is great, thorough, friendly and kind. The whole office was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and caring. 5 stars!

After less than two years my crown fell out - it was the most expensive ceramic composit PCH smiles offered but it still failed. I am extremely unimpressed and recommend against PCH smiles.
