Beware of this Rolling Hills Dental office!! Dr. Donner and his office refuse to take responsibility for damaging my teeth and causing me severe pain. I am in the midst of getting orthodontic treatment, so I take very good care of my teeth and get them cleaned routinely at the dentist’s office. I searched around and tried to find the best dental office possible for my professional dental care. I visited the Rolling Hills Dental office for my professional teeth cleaning based on recommendations. However, the hygienist Elizabeth, cleaned my teeth in an overly aggressive manner by going through the enamel into the cementum of my lower anterior teeth. As a result, she made 5-6mm black holes on my lower anterior teeth and now I need implants of the teeth to restore them. In addition, while cleaning my teeth, the dentist (first name) Donner DDS was nowhere to be found when she was doing her procedure. She kept trying to find him because she was knew something was not right but she continued to scale away because he was not there to supervise her. Since the procedure, I’ve been in a lot of pain and now have to deal with the enormous costs for the restoration. They refuse to take responsibility for damaging my teeth and have been very unprofessional. I am very unhappy and feel so sad that they gave me tremendous emotional and physical pains because the damages of my teeth. Please be careful when visiting this office as you will receive unsupervised harmful care that can damage your teeth

I have nothing but excellent feedback to give regarding my experience with Dr.Jeff Goodman and his team at the Rolling Hills Dental Group. My family and I have been patients of Dr.Jeff Goodman for 8 years now. Dr. Jeff is a caring, meticulous, highly talented dentist. He takes the time to explain the issue at hand and spends quality time during the treatment process. He is patient and thorough which are both vital qualities in a dentist. His diagnosis are always spot on and as a patient I feel comfortable and confident because Jeff is highly qualified and has solid experience. Getting my family to join me to be under the care of Dr. Jeff Goodman is testament to the confidence and faith I have in him. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeff Goodman and his wonderful team of assistants (Leilani and Lacy), hygienists (Elizabeth) and most pleasant front office staff (Linda,and Cindy). Ive been going to Rolling Hills Dental for over thirty years. My kids and my husband also go there. Ive seen all of the dentists there, but I now go to Jeff Goodman. He always makes my visits pleasant and he does an amazing job. Ive been extremely happy with my dental care. My hygienist is Liz, (Elizabeth) and she is the best! I read the below review and I think that person must have had some major issues to begin with. Liz is the only hygienist I will go to, and I trust her to take good care of my teeth. Shes as picky as I am! :) The office is super clean too, and the staff are really friendly. I have rarely waited for more than a few minutes. Once they were running a little behind and they called me and told me to come 15 minutes late. I really appreciate an office staff that values MY time!

First of all, Dr. Goodman is a most fantastic, thorough dentist. I was on temporary assignment in Los Angeles during most of 2014 and had a dental emergency. My co-worker recommended Dr. Goodman and now I fly 3,000 miles just to have Dr. Goodman and his wonderful staff perform dental work...its worth it! In fact, my wife is now a patient too. Dr. Goodmans staff are amazing, from the dental assistants to the front office. They are kind, considerate, caring and very professional. EVERYONE, and I do mean EVERYONE at Rolling Hills Dental Group are a joy to be with. I actually look forward to coming to the dentist...how many people can say that!

I love every person I encountered at this office today! Ive had anxiety & have been terrified of going to the dentist for years after a nightmare of a visit years ago. However, I think that may have started to change after the experience this office left me with. EVERY single person in this office made me feel at ease. I cried like a baby but they completely understood why and did everything to make me feel comfortable. Before, even numbing me was a bad experience but the dentist here was so easy with me, I didnt feel anything! Ill now only go here for my dental needs.. thank you all so much for being so helpful and polite

Dr Bottomley came highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. He carefully explained pretty much every issue I may face while showing me my X-rays. He came back to my chair 3 times with some afterthoughts concerning treatment possibilities. I felt I was totally in his thoughts and I got his FULL attention. Elizabeth cleaned my teeth expertly: she was thorough and informative, I felt I was valued and very important to everyone in this office! They have long standing connections with experts in all fields of dentistry as well, so I am delighted with their service.

The Best Dental Office on the Peninsula. Dr. Donner has been my dentist for over 20 years. You cant ask for a more caring Dentist as well as Dr. Bottomley and Dr. Goodman... The Office and Dental Rooms are State of the Art with all 21st Century equipment. If you have an emergency problem they are there to help even if your out of town, they will find a Dentist for you...The whole staff, from Office to Xray Techs to Hygienist are interested in you as a person. I would say you can feel secure in knowing you will get the best Dental help.

I received excellent by treatment by Dr. Goodman, who is an outstanding professional and was able to identify and resolve a difficult problem I was having with my tooth. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly and the hygienist Elizabeth did a wonderful job - she makes clients feel very much at ease and provided one of the best cleanings Ive had done in years. Overall my experience was very positive and I highly recommend Rolling Hills Dental Group.

Great experience, Ive been coming for 14 years. Very knowledgeable. I have implants and crowns and no problems for 14 years only a couple of minor adjustments and maintaining during that time. Which is to be expected and no cavities during that time. They really motivate for you to take good care of your teeth too. Friendly ver capable staff as well.
