Sorry Rosario but I had to update this review I did here. I was just lied to by the staff at this office location. I was told it can take up to a month for Authorization for an Implant. Was told I had to contact my insurance company to follow up with them since there is no update on there side. So... I called up the Insurance company. I was just informed by Karen that your office submitted the request July 3rd 2017. Why did you office make me wait a whole month before processing the paper work?

The office is very nice. Monica in the front desk always welcomes you with a smile. She will make you feel very comfortable and will explain your treatment. Dr.Holland is great she is very gentle and I definitely recommend her. I had and extraction I felt no pain. Thank you, Lifetime Smile
