I only saw the couple comments here and thought I would give it a try, perhaps these people just had bad experiences. Before you go there, check out Yelp as they have plenty other people who have all had horrible experiences as well. I am sorry I did not pay more attention to these reviews beforehand. I thought because it was in PV it would be a nice place, and it is, however, the people there are rude and crooks! I thought I would give it a chance but I have regretted my decision. It really is that bad. Just stay away and maybe one day they will change their practices. How bad can it be, you are only going to get your teeth cleaned, right? WRONG. Dont even waste your time!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I waited an hour for them to tell me my teeth were "to dirty" to clean!?! They said they couldnt clean around my permanent retainer. I asked for them to clean my teeth anyway and they came back and hardly cleaned my teeth. I COULD HAVE BRUSHED MY TEETH BETTER. When I asked to see the dentist they said "why"! I wanted to know if I had cavities or something!? I came to the dentist to see a dentist (imagine that). Save your time and money GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

The office is very nice, the staff is extremely friendly - and the technology is out of this world! But the dental work is extremely expensive and of poor quality. Go figure! My husband and I both had our teeth done. There were mistakes, teeth hurt for weeks and now - a year later - the tooth they fixed is hurting again! Not going back. :-(

I found the personel at Peninsula Dental Arts to be professional and friendly. They were attentive to my emergencies. Dr. Beth Klein is very kind and and informative. Karina really knows her temporative crowns. Ashley is pleasant, attentive and friendly. Betty is knowledgeable and friendly.

Everything was fine. The only problem was my insurance, and that was the insurance companys fault. That is why we were a little held up at the beginning of the appointment. I really liked the dentist and the woman who helped me navigate through the insurance mess.
