I believe treatment is not just with the Doctor its the whole experience in the dental office. The secretary Viki, is the worse laziest woman I have ever met. She talks to people in a rude and condensending way, every time I would call to ask her to send me the paperwork so I can claim my insurance, she would say "come get it, I have to go now, bye," and hang up on me. when I say, you need to email it to me, she would say "its complicated to scan and send emails here, why dont you just come and get it." And when I did go on a Tuesday at 2 pm during business hours, they were closed. Waste of my time. For 3 MONTHS and i still dont have the paperwork. Also when I was doing my crown, she had them there for a whole week and didnt call me to come and finish the proceedure, I had to call in and ask because was taking too long, and she was like. "Oh, its here, come do it now." I was "but I am at work" she goes "you need to come today before 5" so I go "ok I will make arrangements. Then she calls me 1 hour later and says "you need to come now because the other patients canceled and we gonna close early" ... What? And how is that my problem? I have to work I cant just call my boss and be like "Im leaving now Cz my dentist told me in have to go there now." Also, when I came in I handed my insurance to Viki, and asked if I qualify for the procedures I needed to do, she said she called and they said "yes everything is good, you just pay out of pocket and they will reimburse you, but I will claim the cleaning for you ". At the time I was a new patient and the deal outside the door was "first visit, cleaning, X-rays and whitening for $36" for new patients. It was just me, and my 2 kids, so $108 total. And she claimed my insurance for over $300 for that service, got 3 checks (2 for $50, 1 for $80= 180 way more than $108) and still had the guts to tell me they didnt even get paid for the cleaning just for the X-rays, I never even had my whitening ever!!!!!!! Most people wont know the fishiness of that business because they dont check their claims. Fishy people, fishy business, if they are defending her, then they are all into the same fraudulent boat. Hate it, and dont recommend to my worst enemy.

I am so happy I found Dr. Alex and his staff right here in the Riviera Village, Redondo Beach. I have very serious jaw problems and Dr. Alex and his staff are very sensitive to my needs and go the extra mile to make my dental visits as painless and stress free as possible. They are all great people from Vicki at reception to all the others that have worked on my teeth and treat me, not like any other patient, but a friend for whom they really care about. I havent felt this good about a dental office in years and highly recommend them. It all started with a free teeth whitening, then I bought one for my son and now im a regular patient. Going to the dentist isnt a chore -- its like visiting friends who happened to also be extremely professional in their field!

I was introduced by a friend and couldnt be happier. The hygienist, gave be the best deep cleaning Ive ever had. Dr. Alex was very knowledgeable, gentle and attentive. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I immediately felt I could trust him with my mouth lol and I would highly recommend him. As soon you arrive to the office Vikki welcomes you with open arms, making you feel right at home. I never thought that I could be this excited about the dentist. Highly recommend you check this place out.

From the time I walked in and all throughout my visits, Dr B and his staff were professional, caring, friendly, and empathetic. I had an emergency situation and I felt that I was given VIP treatment every step of the way. He is very thorough and explained every recommended procedure. Dr. B and his staff made sure that my pain was relieved immediately. The pricing was fair and reasonable.
