Muy disconforme con el servicio, teniamos cita a las 12:00 PM, llegamos 5 minutos antes, y a mi niña la atendieron a las 5:10 PM, cuando preguntabamos decian que es normal tratándose de niños. Al llegar a mi casa, mi niña no paraba de llorar y nos contó que la ataron de pies y manos (normal en niños pequeños), pero que cuando lloraba o gritaba, le tapaban la boca y la nariz al mismo tiempo para que se calle !!! SON UNOS SALVAJES, POR FAVOR NO LLEVEN A SUS NIÑOS A ESE LUGAR !!! Ademas su política no permite a los padres acompañar a los niños. ES UN ABUSO EN MI OPINION !!!

Poor service. Very rude front desk, you can tell they dont enjoy their job. They are very short and dont want to answer questions. Dentists dont speak very good english and try to do a rush job on everything. dental assistants are all very unprofessional as they talk about their personal lives the whole time during the operationi. during my routine fillings job, they had to send the dental assistant to rite aid to buy orajel. after they finished my fillings, they didnt check allignment or sensitivity properly. Now i cant drink anything cold or hot without feeling extreme pain. also, when i bite down, the right side hits first before the left side. dont go to any western dental in the huntington park, maywood, south gate or any surrounding areas. i had my teeth fixed at another dentist and they were appalled at the mickey mouse job these western dental "dentists" had done.

Dont even bother going to this place. I would rather pay a bit more to fix my teeth correctly rather than to go to this place. I went here for about 5 years and every time I would go I would at least be waiting for like 4 hrs to be helped. Then after that you have to wait like 2 hrs to see the actual doctor. After you see him some how you get cavities all the time. Regardless of your tooth pain. All they want is money. Money is what they care and not your health or at least your teeth. Go somewhere else even if you have to pay a bit more. Ya medical might refer you here but chose another place where medical can cover too. The whole medical system is screwed up and anything that has to do with free health DOES NOT WORK. So just consider what I say and dont go to this place.

They mest up my teeth i went like two years ago and they were covering a cavity in the middle of my two front teeth. So i went home like 2 days later my whole mouth was swallon and i went in so they can check it out and they said that they "accidently" killed my nerve and that they had to put a coronary on my frontt upper tooth and that if they dint do that my teeth will turn black so since i dint want to get anything done i dint go anymore and now its been two years and my teeth never turn black how they said it was. they probably just do stuff like that to keep treating people and get more money. I have so much pain right now and im scare to go back maybe instead of fixing it they will keep messing up my whole tooths and stay without any. All western dentals really suck

Hello Everyone: The good about this place was that I live in HP and its in my neighborhood. The Bad: No customer Service, NO regard to you as a customer or person. The see you as someone that came to beg them for something. Waits are min. 1 hour before you are seen... upto 3 hours... That is with an Apt. So sad, I was there with my son on Saturday 6/15 and after waiting for 2 hours with my 4 pm apt as ask to return on Thursday 6/20 @ 4p.m and I went back and I was there for another 2 hours and just decided to leave. Remember we have options... I just transfer him to the Maywood office. I hope this is helpful for all those who are going through the same horrible experience. No Smile... This office in Huntington Park is Horrible service.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service!!! They do not see more than 3 family members at a time; were only 4, and could not make an exception. Weve been waiting for an hour.... my two daughters are minors, and they didnt let me accompany them inside, unheard of! Not to mention that they lost my daughters insurance paper work and had her on pain killers for a month because they had to reprocess the petition, unbelievably ridiculous. Stay away from this place, the surgeon delegated the root canal to an intern, she put the wrong size cap, my daughter was in so much pain we came back to change it, she cried so much.. this place is abusive, unprofessional, and incompetent.

Es muy mala clinica y muy cara te mienten te disen algo y despues cuando llegas otra cosa demaciado carro y las citas por ejemplo alas 12 pm y te atienden alas 2.30 pm muy mal clinica .

Pretty good spot. I usually make my appointment during times when I know their will be less people. The dentists and orthodontist I see are great! Good personality even better with their craft. I staff is on par with other places Ive been in. I just act respectful and have never had a bad time. Never waited more than 30 minutes.

Stay away, these people will ruin your credit. Somehow if you have "$0" balance they will send you to collection, thanks a lot for ruining my credit! Also will tell you that you need work done when your theeth are perfectly healthy. I repeat stay away! You been warned.

This is where my dental insurance is telling me is covered. Ive already had a traumatizing dental experience and lost of two of my permanent adult teeth because of this experience. Very hesitant to go to Western Dental in Huntington Park from reading all of these reviews.

My first and las time going to this dental office. The service is awful. My appt. was at 12:00 and wasnt called until 2:00 plus I was sitting in there waiting for the Dentist from 2:00 till 4:45. The waiting is crazy. I dont recommend this place to no one.

The wait time is ridiculous. Also to hear the front desk staff talk about other patients in a bad way made me decide to never come back. This was my first time here and defently my last. I came in as a walk in @9 and its 12:00 and still have not been seen.

Appt was at 11:30 I was suffering from pain, did not get seen! Left after 2+ hrs of waiting. Cant say if the dentist was good or not, Bc I didnt even see him or her. Never going back!!
