The lady who answered the phone was nice enough when I scheduled my appointment. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes and had to call back. That didnt bother me as much as the office staff. They are unfriendly and it feels like you have to put down a down payment to get a smile from anyone in that office. I had the first appointment of the day and there was a lady there at the front desk. She didnt ask me if I needed any help or to be signed in. I stood there waiting for her to give me eye contact. She was leaned over typing on the computer and walked away. My jaw dropped. That was the first and only time I will ever go in that office. When I called later in the day to complain, a girl answered the phone and told me that the person I was describing was the office manager and would transfer me to leave a voicemail for her. Of course her voicemail said "I am no longer at this extension" and did not leave her new ext. number. Bottom line, in my years of seeing a family doctor, I have experienced some of the best and kindest employees that made me feel welcomed and important. Here...they treat you like youre another number on their chart. Leave your co-pay and kindly exit the way you came in.

Avoid this entire Family Practice if possible. They are now called "Providence Family Practice." They are the most unprofessional and "ghetto" office environment my family has experienced. They are unfriendly and rude and treat you like a bunch of beggars. Im embarrassed for them. I really miss our old doctor. Hes retired, but I really am use to friendly and kind people who make you feel that they really care about your family. This place is a zero on my scale of what a medical office should be.

Switched to Dr Stanton from an actual real doctor and was very very disappointed in him and HIS staff including Kris the main office girl am now switching as fast as I can would not recommend him for any reason except disappoint, and does not stay on top of his patients medical needs very sad. Should retire.

Highly incompetent staff! Every time my mother visits the practice she is completely frustrated with the treatment she is receiving. I prefer a staff that is full of knowledge and not excuses. Its very sad since she has been seeing the Dr. for years! Avoid at all costs!
