Word of caution : Check on what you are going to be billed before you go here! I already cancelled my first appointment. This is the first chiropractic center that does not seem to have their act together (I feel like I will get over billed because of how the receptionist talked, and, after dealing with a bad attitude, there is no way Im going in for an adjustment) Day1 : I call receptionist - schedules appointment, takes my insurance information saying she will check on co-pay Day 2 : I call to ask about my co-pay. Receptionist says they cannot say what this is, will be varying (?!) - This is in spite of having all my information, and being an in-network clinic. She then says that I will have to pay the entire amount. They will then call the insurance company, and "if an X-ray is needed" they will decide how much the insurance will cover and bill me the rest. (Really!!?). But, I will have to pay the entire clinical visit upfront, not just the co-pay. After I question why this seems to be the only chiropractic clinic in town not sticking to the co-pay, and they cannot tell me what the co-pay is -- receptionist tells me that they might be able to adjust it, after consultation with the doctor(!!??). By then her tone had turned quite cold as well. Summary : A chiropractic office being so squirrelly about what the co-pay is, saying that they will bill me, not stick to just the co-pay, refund me later, deal with X-rays differently than an in-office consultation, etc. in spite of being in-network for me, and even before my first appointment is just astounding, and a major hassle. This has never happened in other clinics or other US states. Im going with a different chiropractor -- Although the work done reviews itself seem good, I dont want to lose sleep on whether I am going to be extremely overly billed. You might be better off doing the same. Who knows, maybe a different receptionist might make a difference.

I cannot say enough good things about the Silicon Valley Chiropractic Center. I had a very stiff and sore neck. The team there was careful to do a full assessment, and not rush headlong into adjustments. After diagnosing the problem, they recommended a course of treatment. Within the first two weeks, I was feeling much better. Their recommended treatment has given me full mobility again, and I feel much better as a result. They also provided stretch exercise recommendations which has prevented any recurrence of the problem. During my treatment, I also suffered a sprained ankle while running, and was chatting with one of the doctors who is an experienced runner. I was surprised to find out that they could treat that issue too. They provided some initial treatment, and excellent advise on how to recover more quickly and strengthen the ankle. The staff is friendly, and personable, and I believe their prices are reasonable. In the past, I have seen other chiropractors who have simply cracked my neck and back and given me temporary relief. The chiropractors at Silicon Valley Chiropractic Center know what they are doing. They address and fix the root problem.

Ive been going to Silicon Valley Chiropractic for a couple of years now. When I started, I had constant pain in my elbow, numbness in both of my hands, and an achy back. The staff was so welcoming and so gentle. They took their time to understand my aches and pains, and also took the time to explain the cause and the plan to fix it. Within just a few weeks I was feeling significantly better. As the pain lessened and the numbness faded away, my visits became less frequent. Im now on a monthly maintenance routine which keeps me feeling great and I look forward to those tuneup appointments. The staff is like a family and always greets you with a smile. I would, and have, recommended Silicon Valley Chiropractic to friends and family.

A truly wonderful, and caring, atmosphere, and such high caliber professionalism. Dr. Parvini and the entire staff show such attention to their patients. From detailed explanations on diagnosis of the situation, to their care during treatment, you are left feeling that their attention to you is their first and foremost objective. I am a very active individual, and have been both with and without injury, since my first visit with Dr. Parvini, yet have never felt they overlooked anything just to rush me through. They are careful, compassionate, and truly a welcoming group that seem driven to make your experience personalized and suited to aid you in getting back to life worry free.

These guys are great...but... My initial visits and first 5 were very successful and helpful for my chronic neck pain. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, remembered my name...great! Here are the problems: 1) I was NEVER seen at my appointment time, average wait time is 15min after your appointment because they let walk-ins take your place. Even had to wait 1hr one time. 2) Their business model is definitely about the bottom line NOT customer care. So if you need any financial help they might work with you, but in no way to they make it affordable. So to sum it up, if you need adjustments and money is no object, this is the place to go.

Ive been having quite a bit of back pain and my primary care physician referred me to see this chiropractor. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. The massage therapist Holly is great, she listens to what your needs are and work specifically for that. Dr. Leonard and Dr. Parvini are knowledgeable and worked with me closely to ensure my pain is taken care of. Medical care wise - I would say this is the place to go! However billing wise, it gets a bit frustrating because their billing person isnt too responsive to emails or calls. But their pricing is reasonable in the bay area even for cash pay. Would recommend!

I always have such a great time coming here, sometimes I feel like dropping by just to hang out with everyone. I was treated at the Silicon Valley Chiropractic Center after a serious car accident. My injury had been in the ribs, neck, and back areas. I received an excellent treatment from Drs. Parvini and Leanart as well as from efficient masseurs. The whole personnel at the Silicon Valley Chiropractic Center is very friendly, attentive, and helpful. When in the center, I felt as if I was in a nice spa among good friends. I definitely will recommend this center to my friends.

I have have been going to SVCC for over ten years and am so appreciative of the care and support Drs. Parvini and Cabanas have given me. I used to be in constant pain but now my back is in much better shape. I have reduced my pain medication, and I am enjoying golfing and gardening again. Dr. Cabanas has helped me with my low back, neck, shoulder and hip pain and he gives excellent adjustments and other body work. I highly recommend SVCC.
