I am very disappointed with my recent dealings with Image Dental. I am a patient of Dr. Ngos, in fact, have spent over $2500.00 in the last 2 months on my teeth. On my last visit, Dr. noticed a back tooth that was crowned was showing decay under the crown and needed to be pulled, I had not experienced any pain ever so the Doctor said hed pull it when I was ready and to give him a call at a later date. So a few weeks after that I woke up with a tooth ache and called first thing in the morning and was set up with a 3:30 appointment. I got there on time and proceeded to wait for 40 min. to be seen and then was told the Doctor wasnt in so Id be seen by his associate. She came in took a look at the tooth and told me Id have to see an oral surgeon a few blocks away and then I was charged $50.00. Ive never had the happen before in my 60 years of going to the dentist. I questioned the office staff and was generally ignored. So I paid, but am not happy about it at all and am considering changing doctors. By the way, the oral surgeon charged another $300.00 plus.

Image Dental is the best dentist office I have been to. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Ngo is sensitive to my lunch break times and is very efficient with time. He did a wonderful job with my cleaning and filling replacement. He does not try to offer work to be done that is not necessary. They have tvs in every room to keep me occupied and he can put what he is viewing up on the screen so I see what work needs to be done, and what he is cleaning. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist!

Dr. Ngo is such a kind, honest, gentle skilled dentist. He does not try to sell you any additional services. In fact, he does the opposite. For example, I wanted to replace a bridge, & he told me the one I had was good. He does excellent cleanings. Plus, everyone in his office is also very kind, caring, sweet, attentive & helpful. I suffer from multiple sclerois, & they have gone above & beyond to help me & make sure Im comfortable.

Been seeing Dr. Ngo for several years - surprised I havent reviewed him until now. Hes a great dentist, very gentle. If you have anxiety he knows how to make you feel comfortable & welcome. Staff are trained very well. Ive had crowns, implants, whitening, regular cleanings, gum work & more and havent had any issues with any of the work hes performed on my mouth. I love the smile he has given me!

Dr. Ngo is a great dentist in Newport Beach!! Ive been going to him for all of my dental work for over 5 years now and he always takes care of me. Hes crafted a beautiful smile for me and for that I am very thankful. Hes very skilled and has access to some really high-tech equipment that will impress you. Has to be one of the best dentists in Orange County area.

This place is one of the best! Dr. Ngo is a very talented dentist in Irvine CA & Ive been going to him for close to 5 years or more now. They keep their offices clean, waiting room is nice, and even have flat screen TVs to watch. Ive never been one to enjoy going to the dentist, but the staff & dentist here have always made it accommodating.

So happy I found Dr. Ngo. Have been to so many dentists that have told me I needed to do deep cleanings and all sorts of stuff. Dr. Ngo, is a honest doctor and told me this was not the case. Is so gentle as well. I have now sent about 5 other people here and they are so happy as well.

Ive been going to Dr. Ngo for over a year now and I dont plan on switching any time soon. This a great family dentist who knows how to deal with clients of all ages. I hated the dentist before I met Dr. Ngo but him and his staff make it an enjoyable experience!
