City Dental provided me with the best experience Ive ever had with a dentist! First, the girl at the front desk talked to my insurance company on my behalf which I really appreciated. She also wrote a referral asking them to cover procedures that would otherwise have to be paid out of pocket...talk about really caring about patients health!! Second, I went in to have a filling replaced and unfortunately required a root canal. What was great was that Dr. David did the procedure right there and then! I didnt have to schedule a new appointment like other dentists Ive visited. On the same note, Ive heard lots of horrible comments in regard to getting a root canal, but Dr. David treated it as if it were a routine procedure. That immediately lessened the nervousness that was building and allowed me to feel calm and comfortable during the whole thing. Another thing I really liked, was that the team consisted of young people. Some folks are skeptic of young people in medical professions due to lack of experience, but they deserve the opportunity to gain that experience, and Im glad to see City Dental values that as well. Although young and new to the profession, all of the staff members were precise and professional and definitely in good hands when it comes to an exceptional learning opportunity. Thank you, Dr. David and staff! You really are an OUTSTANDING dental practice!
