Mr. Skeptical that I am and after having two bad experiences with other dental offices. My wife setup an appointment with Ticia for me to come in and have an exam. When I got there she was very friendly and has a GREAT smile. I was a little defensive after having gone through my battle over billing with my last dentist. She was supportive and explained how there process works and promised she would explain all my co-pays and what my insurance would cover. I already felt better. I then was taken to an exam room where the dental assistant took the x-rays and made me feel welcome. Then Dr. Kopoor came in and she was very nice and asked me what I wanted for my dental health. I have not been asked this before. I liked to be asked instead of just an assumption. She then showed me the areas of concern on the x-rays and talked about what she recommends. She was not pushy or defensive. She made me feel like she really cared about my dental health. Shortly after Ticia came back in and discussed what the process would be and how they recommended taking care of the work to get the most out of my dental insurance and saving me money. I liked this. I came back the next day for some additional checking and measuring since my teeth needed this before they could submit to insurance for coverage. Dr. Kopoor took care of me and I did not feel any pain as she cleaned the junk off my teeth. She was checking with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable. After this I met Dr. Joshi he would be the one pulling my tooth and fixing a cavity soon. He explained the process and provided me with peace of mind about what I would expect. My insurance is good, but they don’t cover several things. Ticia worked with me to come up with a solution and I feel good about it. This has to be the best experience I have had from a dental office in a very long time. I would HIGHLY recommend you stop by for an exam and let them know you read my post and decided to try them.

Great Dentist! I have had very bad experiences with dentist in the past and I stopped going to a dentist for a long time. Recently, my teeth became sensitive and decided to give Crossroads Dental a chance. I was pleasantly surprised. From Ticia, the receptionist, to the Dr. Yoshi himself, Crossroads Dental is a team of professional and friendly people. Dr. Yoshi prioritizes customer satisfaction. My treatment included delivery of a crown and during my delivery appointment he was not satisfied with the way it fit and asked me if it was ok to reschedule me because he just did not like how it fit and would prefer that the job was well done. Granted, it was a slight inconvenience but the overall result was greatly appreciated. Once the new crown arrived, I understood what he was talking about. I am extremely happy with this office! oh, and note: I have not felt pain during any of my procedures. Dr. Yoshi insured I was comfortable at every stage.

Crossroads Dental is the place Ive been going to since last year and it has been exceptional. The entire staff is very caring and friendly. Ticia is extremely outgoing and zealous and always knows how to strike up an interesting conversation. Shes always on top of everything and will make sure you wont forget about your appointments! It doesnt hurt to be reminded a few times. Dr. Joshi is the main dentist that has been taking care of me. He is always so friendly and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands the treatments that are necessary. I have not had a chance to work with Dr. Kapoor, but I know they both make an amazing team and care deeply for their patients. Ive always had terrible problems with my teeth and I finally feel like I can have better teeth with all of the treatments and encouragement. Its great here, 10 out of 10 would recommend ☑

The best dentist place I have ever been to. I have had some terrible experiences that have traumatized me and avoided going to the dentist for years because of the anxiety I would get just from walking in. But here at crossroads the whole entire staff made me feel so comfortable and like part of the family. Even though I didnt want to be here I had to get some work done that I could no longer ignore. They took care of me and catered to all my worries and needs. I live over 20 miles away but I will make the drive every time because of the quality of service and genuine care they give to all their patients. I am so grateful for all they have done for me and Wouk recommend this place to anyone. I experienced absolutely no pain or anxiety and was very pleased with all the work done. Thank you all! I

I would like to thank the team a Crossroads Dental for taking good care of me. I went to them because my teeth were starting to fall out and a lot of them were loose. I had a lot of bone loss and they informed me that the best thing for me was to have the rest of them pulled out and dentures put in. They treated me with kid gloves and very little pain if any. After many years of avoiding dentists(i had a bad one previously).I began having pretty bad pain and had to bite the bullet and make a visit. I thought i was in for a root canal and only ended up needing a deep cleaning and a few fillings(sweet). Dr. joshi made me comfortable explained the course of treatment very detailed and in priority of treatment(i had no insurance) overall a very happy patient and now on a regular maintainence moving toward a healthy mouth. Oh, and the office staff is awsome too.

Crossroads dental is a great place with a great staff and Dr. Joshi does a great job. His cavity fillings are painless and his orthotic guard treatment is great. I came in with a misaligned jaw and a jaw popping and locking problem and he gave me an orthotic to wear every night and it has been a year and it works perfectly, all my jaw problems went away. He specializes in orthotics so he really knows the treatment well. Really honest doctor and handles his patients will full care and attention.

Dr. Vinit is really great. I have been to multiple locations and this is by far the best location. It is worth the drive. I am having to get some serious work done and just the quality of service they provide is by far the best. Ticia was very helpful in finding me the best deal for the procedure I needed to get done. She is very sweet and kind. The staff here is very sweet and make me feel so cared for and comfortable. I will be bringing my husband and kids here. Thank you staff!
