Dr. Doan is a horrible practitioner. I would recommend avoiding her medical clinic for treatment. She left me untreated with a painful eye condition because she did not know how to properly bill my insurance provider for treatment. Simply put her and her office staff were too clueless to understand how to bill for specific procedures. More disturbing is how belligerent they became when I tried to explain the error in their billing. I have since aligned with an eye care specialist who has performed the needed surgery upon my eyes, knew how to bill and code for it properly without making it a hassle. Most important of all is that my new eye doctor has displayed foremost a focus on providing me with the best medical care and taking me out of agonizing pain. Dr. Doan is focused on her billing and not much else. Oddly enough, her sole focus is also her greatest downfall.

She requires that you sign a binding arbitration agreement surrendering any rights to a civil trial in the event of malpractice. Basically, if she screws you up, you have no recourse. You have to give up your LEGAL right to sue to even see this Dr.

Dr. Doan is very caring and attentive. She always remembers me and takes time to talk to her patients. I never feel rushed and never have a long wait.
