I have been going to the Los angeles locations for years and during my last few visits I have had the worst experience ever. The doctosr is great but the staff who handle the sign in and administrative part is horrible. I was misinformed more then once about their policies and procedures and they offered absolutely no help to try and fix the problem. I was basically dismissed because they did not get a proper insurance authorization, they made me wait nearly four hours for an appointment with the false promise that they would fix the insurance problem (I still paid out of pocket and got no apology for it), and when I went back they still had not fixed the issue and turned me away. I know that most people who come here do so so because of need and not choice, but based on my recent experience I would highly recommend for you to go elsewhere.

My experience here has been very unfortunate. I am sure that the doctors are very good and always felt confident about the quality of care when seen. BUT, it was very difficult to get prescription refills -- at least 72 hours turnaround -- and almost impossible to get quick response to any situation. After an emergency room visit, I tried to get an appointment on Monday, as prescribed by the ER, and didnt even get a call back until late on that day. By the time they called, I had been seen and cared for by another non-USC physician. Bottom line -- if you want timely, personal and responsive treatment, go elsewhere.

Avoid them at any cost !!! They change their appointment dates and time all the time and without any notice, even you already request your day off from work for the LASIK surgery, they can just tell you that the appointments for the day are all canceled, you have to call couple days later to reschedule. Very irresponsible and over priced. The consultation itself costs $90 while most other places have their consultations for free. My surgery has been postponed for a month now and now I decided to go to another clinic fro my LASIK. I wish I can have my $90 refund.

After returning from a trip from Europe severely jet lagged and with an infected ankle, I knew I needed care quickly. I made an app, and was seen, treated, and given antibiotics within 3 hours! This was after a home doctor scared me into going to the ER the night before, where I waited for 3 hours and nothing happened. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and facilities are clean and bright. I highly recommend for someone who needs care on a weekend day

Amazing doctors and amazing customer service. The staff is super helpful. I mistakenly went to the Pasadena office instead of the main campus and was on the way to the main campus when Jennifer called me and said she was able to get me in to see they other specialist in the Pasadena office. Jennifers quick thinking saved me over an hr I travel time - great service. It is great to know everyone helps to provide the best customer service possible.

I have an eye condition that requires continuing care so I go to that location regularly. Everyone is excellent at what they do and very helpful and friendly. Im getting care from world-class specialists from the USC Eye Institute at the health sciences campus — without having to go there. There is seldom a wait and the facility is beautiful. It couldnt be better!

The staff and physicians are very nice. Just remember it is a teaching facility with students performing parts of the exam. Therefore, the time with the actual doctor is short and brief. Overall it was an okay experience. I hope my time with the specialist will be better.
